Cirrus late payment

Is there anyone who did not receive his/her payment from Cirrus. I am still awaiting the payment of my December and January shops which were 51 shops. They were supposed to pay in March and April. I have sent several emails and called them several times without any response.

Do you guys have any idea how to get my payment.

I have not shopped for this company but have seen posts by others regarding late payments. It seems that they have an invoicing system; a shopper must submit an invoice to receive payment for a shop (going by what I read). The majority of companies do not operate in this manner today - an invoice is generally uploaded when a shop is submitted. If you go to the top of the screen, tap "Search", type in the name of the company in the search field, and change the default search frame from 30 days to 1 year, you should see over 130 posts regarding Cirrus. The better question to ask would be, "Has anyone ever received a timely payment from Cirrus?"

Literally email them weekly. Be sure to use a hammer. They will tell you a story about how they pay. In my experience even that was not true. Try Monte Howard, her email address can be found in some of the shop notifications.
Hello. I have done many shops for Cirrus and I have gotten paid, 3 months later. If you did send them an invoice at the end of the month for the shops you completed, then it shouldn't be an issue. I forgot one time and they didn't pay me. sad smiley Recently I was supposed to get paid for March shops by July 7th and when I didn't get my money I sent an email to questions@cirrusmktg.com and they had me send my invoice again and I did get paid. Interestingly enough, that month I had many shops completed and was owed a lot of money and that was the only one they missed. I hope you get paid as that too many shops to ignore. Did you send them an invoice in December and January? And if so, maybe you can also email all the schedulers you did a shop for and let them know what the problem is. Good luck!
I did 2 shops for them years ago, when I first started mystery shopping. On the first shop I was told I talked too much. On the second shop they said I didn't talk enough. I never got paid and never did another shop for them again. Since the shops were not recorded, how did they know what I said? They lied both times.
