I assume you mean Ipsos Shopmetrics, not Ipsos Sassie.
On the "My pay" page, the top section has a header COMPLETED JOBS NOT YET PROCESSED and shows jobs that are done but either not reviewed or not scheduled for payment yet. Then there's another header saying PAY STATEMENTS and a listing with Statement ID, download links, the number of shops included on it, and the payment date.
See if you have a line in that second section. It should have a number like "501", two icons for downloading, a "1" for your job, and a date. If it does, that means you're approved and the payment is on the way.
"No completed jobs not on statement" implies to me that it was approved and thus moved to a payment statement.
