Have done several shops for them with a "micro-chain" of sports-minded gastro-pubs in my area. Reports are middling in difficulty, the writing demands aren't steep but you have to write SOMETHING, even if it's one sentence, on nearly every question.
Fees are meh. The type of shop I do, however, allows you to do it either alone or with a guest. Reimbursement of $50 max is the same regardless, so it's probably inadequate if there are two of you but if you do it alone, reimbursement is great, and that works for me (George Thorogood drank alone. I shop alone. "Yeahhhhh with nobody else"
. To sweeten the reimbursement pot, since it's a cash-only shop, your receipt won't include tip and they take your word on the tip and reimburse for it. My bill usually runs to about $40 and I'll tip in the $8-$10 range which gets me in under the $50 limit.
Schedulers are responsive, and accommodating regarding rescheduling if needed.
That's all I can add because they only have two clients in my area, the other is a "health-foodie" breakfast-lunch micro-chain and I'm not really into acai-berry-and-pumpkinseed salads so no insight there.
In my limited experience, good company to work with overall.
