Market Force Pay wrong today? RESOLVED

Has anyone got paid from Marketforce? Still no payment. Emailed Help desk yesterday and they still working on.

This snafu illustrates the reason I don't allow automatic deductions from my real bank account to pay bills. This time it was a deposit with a decimal point in the wrong place. With paying bills through automatic withdrawal, it could just as easily be a utility bill with a decimal in the wrong place. Try pleading your case when a $200 utility bill turns into a $2000 or even a $20,000 withdrawal the company is struggling to fix.

If a company insists on automatic withdrawal to pay their bill and they don't have credible competitors, I have a fee-free online bank account set up specifically for them--and I only keep enough in it to cover such withdrawals plus an extra few bucks.
The Federal Reserve System is closed today. Nothing will be moving in the system today. Many (not all) banks are also closed today.

My internet bank is open today. I received Paypal payments today. If this deposit was in the system, it would have shown itself today.
I think they are stalling. I do not think it is a bank issue. It is either a money issue or they are holding on to the money so their financial statement will look good.
It is not right at the expense of the people that make them money.

They need to be honest with us and let us know the truth of what is going on.

I don't even show anything pending about the corrected payment. Someone from MF needs to pop in here with a true explanation of what's really going on. I also will not take any more shops from them until I am paid for this mistake and (thankfully) only one other shop I did on 12/18.

It's truly amazing that we are held to a strict timeline when it comes to our reports and following the guidelines to the letter, but we're just supposed to roll over and be ok with being paid whenever.. their commitment to us reads as follows: "All compensation will be paid either via direct deposit to an account you have specified, or by a check that will be mailed no later than the 20th of each calendar month."

Seems like a massive breach of contact to me.
Nope. No pay for me either. I got the 10% direct deposit on the 20th and have received two Marketforce emails (12/20 and 12/22) advising it would be corrected in 24-48 hours but haven't seen the correction and haven't received another email update.
Well, it's Tuesday morning and MF still has not corrected their error. Stop feeding us lies that it will be corrected. You've told us that many times. Ever heard of the boy who cried wolf? We deserve better than this. Heaven knows if we were to submit a report late they wouldn't accept it. I've been with MF for 12 years and I'm ready to cut ties after this. Shame on them.

ETA: I just filed a complaint with the BBB. Not sure how much it will help, but it made me feel better LOL

I called my bank and the lady told me that all transactions are rolling in slowly (her words) because of the holiday. I told her the timeframe that we were told by Marketforce and she said it sounds legit. I hope this is the case and someone from MF will respond here to reassure everyone.
Mystery shoppers are at the low end of the food chain. We are the ones who can least afford this type of problem. MF needs to explain the issue, and their plan to correct it, instead of just lying by saying 24-48 hours, and nothing happening.
Today is 12/27. Their “error” of only paying 10% was on 12/20. It doesn’t take a week to fix. Declining all shops, in meantime. Marketforce is screwing 1,000’s of people.
It seems that everyone got paid 10% of what they were owed. I am out ~ $450 counting the Dec. shops check that they probably won't send. I first got an email that I would be paid the next day, then when I complained when that didn't happen, I got an email that I would be paid in 24-48 hours. That was due 4 days ago. I have been rescheduling their shops as far out as possible but will now have to start canceling since it seems they are insolvent.
/The remainder payment showed up this afternoon, 12/27/22.

Just turned down a shop in NC. It’s simple, I can’t do another shop, till I have funds to pay for required purchase. All shops on hold.
I just logged into my account at MF and as of this afternoon it is showing that a direct deposit was made today, 12/27/2022 for the additional 90% that they didn't pay on 12/20.

Not only is this days later than they promised for the correction but when I look at my direct deposit totals on their website they are showing what my payment should have been on 12/20 and then what my corrected payment was on 12/27. The direct deposit on 12/20 should be listed as the 10% they actually paid me, not the full amount that I was originally supposed to be paid.

I hope this makes sense. Basically they need to correct what is listed as the direct deposits for 12/20 to what they actually paid us. If not then it will look like we were paid 100% on 12/20 and another 90% on 12/27.
They deserve all of us to file BBB cases against them for all the miscommunication and lies they've issued.
MF site is also showing for me, a payment today 12/27 for the 90% owed. It does show the right amount. If it’s not a lie, it should appear in my bank tomorrow 12/28. The former payment took one day. Will update y’all on that tomorrow.
Note: I previously sent email to helpdesk with amount they owed me , and left voicemail with HR from global contact : 770-441-5366
MF site is showing a payment for 12/28 as well. I hope they correct the 12/20 payment info so not to effect tax reporting.

I filed a complaint against MF today and received notice that the address that BBB has for MF is no longer valid, so they cannot proceed with my complaint. I've decided to no longer perform shops for MF in the future. This reminds me of Freeman and Grassroots who went belly-up and owed shoppers money.
