Do Customer Impact schedulers work on the weekends?

I just started working with CI, and it looks like pretty much everything has to be applied for instead of self-assigning. I have a couple of jobs that I can only do tomorrow (Sunday), and I applied for them last night, but haven't heard anything. Does anyone know if they will still work through the applications on the weekend? Is there maybe a number or support email out there, where I can get someone to assign them to me? Thanks for any assistance.

In my experience, they do not work weekends and will not assign the jobs in time. They do read the forum, though, so you never know in this case.
Ah, ok. It would be nice for them to have a person still assign shops over the weekend, especially when shoppers are out there working, and might need to adjust a route.

Just frustrating because the shop is there, and I'm ready to do it, I just need someone to click the button, hah. Ah well.

Edit: I emailed Dan, and he was kind enough to help me out, even though typically they don't process applications over the weekend. Many thanks!

I believe they shut down for the weekend in my experience.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
Why send out a job email in the morning and then not approve applications before the weekend? That happened again today.
fotoball1, please email me at dprice@customerimpactinfo.com and let me know which project this is for so I can take it up with that project team. If they're sending out notices on Friday morning then applications need to be done before they leave in the afternoon. This is a great learning moment for my team. We'll continue to improve and try to make ourselves as accessible as possible during our posted office hours.

Apparently Dan takes his business seriously.

He's been a real asset to me in the past and I know he will be for other shoppers that seek his assistance.
Thanks! I'll talk with that team and also use it as a teaching moment for all the project teams.

I had a similar experience. Applied on Saturday for a supposedly Sunday due date.
Kept checking all day Sunday. Nothing. Had to reconfigure my day Monday when around 9 AM PDT I was approved for the shop for TODAY (Monday). I arrived at the location and the GoSPotCheck mission was not loaded on my phone. I wound up calling and they took care of it. All fly by night. This was for the Totes shop.
