Coyle contact email that's not scheduler or support

Does anyone have a contact email for one of the higher-ups at Coyle?
Have an unusual situation and this would require an HR-type of involvement. Thanks.

Sounds like you made a complaint about an editor. How was the outcome?
I am curious too. Everyone needs to be very cautious with them.

I was scheduled for two fine dining shops next week with up to $300 and $600 out of pocket. I was assigned the shops in August and very carefully read all of the guidelines because that is real money at stake. Last night I went back to review everything and they had made MAJOR changes to the guidelines and I was no longer eligible for the shops. I had to make a reservation with a deposit that was non-refundable if I canceled within 24 hours. If I had waited until the day before the first dinner to review everything again I would have been out $50, or worse yet what if I hadn't read them again? I emailed and of course they denied making the changes??!!

This is not the first time I have discovered guideline changes after the fact with them, and I have only done 4 shops for them so far!!

It is important to screenshot everything with them as soon as a shop is assigned!
@bradcrew, why were you no longer eligible for the shops? Did you alert yourself to this/whatever and cancelled?

They were assigned to me in August for next weekend. It was two high end restaurants under the same ownership. I had one scheduled for Friday and one for Saturday. When I went back to review them they had completely changed the guidelines regarding allowed dates and times, and could only be shopped on Thursdays and Fridays. So that eliminated the one I had booked on Saturday. Also, newly added in huge font with yellow highlighting was an alert that Valet was mandatory. Well, I am traveling and won't have a car. The valet section was always in the report, but it was not mentioned as mandatory, and N/A was an option for the questions in that section.
