Ipsos Pay held without any explanation provided

Has anyone encountered doing a shop and having payment denied with Pay Held notation without any explanation? I did a phone shop recently spent over 40 minutes on phone then wrote and submitted report and shop listed as pay help without the courtesy of feedback. I will think twice before accepting any phone shops from Ipsos. Bad business policy

I don't do a lot on shopmetrics. Have you checked your email spam folder to see if they tried to contact you? Did you go back to the website to see if they had questions about your shop? Am I the only one that goes back and checks every other day or so to make sure I didn't miss an email?

I go to every MSC that I normally do work for to see the progress of the shops I've done and to look for new ones at least every other day. If I'm out working, it might not be until I get back home in the evening, but I check often.
Yes checked email, no contact questions or feedback. Nothing requested. I also check every day several times. If there is some issue I would like to know. Without feedback, how does a shopper know what was done incorrectly? Best to avoid their phone shops if you ask me.

I have had pay held status occasionally when there was a question but not a question to me necessarily. It stayed on that status for a short while and then I got paid. It does not necessarily mean it is held forever. How long ago did you do the shop?
Why so few details? Which shop was it? Was it their stagecoach bank shop? I do those shops and never have an issue. Did you contact scheduler? The stagecoach scheduler is also active on these forum boards.

I do not understand why people complain about something and do not provide enough details for anyone to help with suggestions or possible contacts that could help.
They need to provide you with an explanation and an email needs to be sent for any type of rejection. I have had this happen before and I emailed them (can't recall who it was but someone gave me a name). The editor never sent an email to me. I was able to respond to the reason for the rejection and my shop was eventually approved. You need to let them know this happened because the editor did not do the correct steps by notifying you.
I've had paid held one time and no one responded despite my emails. It wasn't a big loss in my time so I let it go.
As an old person, I sometimes miss stuff that google, in it's infinite wisdom, thinks is SPAM. So when I check the MSC website and see something wrong, and I didn't get an email about it, I go directly to my SPAM folder. I have also accidentally deleted emails I should have read, so I have to go find them in the TRASH file.
yes. only with ipsos shopmetrics. Did a Valero shop and found it in the pay held status. No emails were received and I checked all folders. Scheduler told me they sent it back to me and I didn't respond. After that I have always checked the site for returns. Prior to that I relied on getting an email. No more.

Looks like someone joined the forum for trolling. 6 posts, all pointedly negative against other forum members in a relatively short time. Why? For what? Rhetorical question served. Tsk, tsk.

It's probably an unsupervised child on Summer break.Model the behavior you would want them to learn, ignore and block.
