Intouch Insight - late payments?

Stated payment window is 23 days...usually takes 23-24.
Now I have shops completed on 7/1 - and still not paid....so, 29 days.
Might contact them in a day or two if no payment.
Anyone else having issues with getting paid by them? Thanks

The date is not counted by the complete date, but received date, which is the date they gives you the grades.

they ussialy approve in 2-3 days.

Is the "Stated payment window" the average time shown in the iSecretShop platform, or is it the actual payment schedule described in your contract with this company?

I've never had issues with them.

23 - 24 days after editing and acceptance. They pay twice per month (but I don't remember which specific days), the first pay day is the jobs that were completed and accepted during the first half of the previous month, and the second pay day is the jobs that were completed and accepted during the second half of the previous month. So 30 days still a conceivable amount of time to wait for pay from them. Download one of the pay statements, it explains all of this at the top of the statement, and also says that the pay statement is not a guarantee of payment.

finally paid for last month, a few days ago.

current crop has been submitted 6 days ago. Not a word, not reviewed.

Things seem to be changing over there.

I acknowledge Intouch, as a Canadian MSC, in one for whom I have an affinity.

My experience with this MSC, under a prior name, is approx. 18 yrs. in length. I have never experienced the slightest problem on any level. The ONLY reason I do not complete more work for them, is they are a bottom payer. They will, however, open the purse when need exists. Unfortunately for me, such a situation rarely occurs, BUT, when it does, the cash flows.

I thought it was the 15th and 30th. At least that's when they've been paying me for their shops I do for the on ISS. Give or take a day or 2 to account for weekends. They seem to pay early if those dates fall on a weekend.

Dont ask me what the cutoff day is for submitted shops to be paid on which date.

They pay me on time via PayPal. Middle and end of month, except if there's a holiday. Like clockwork.

The only change I've seen is that I used to get an email denoting when the shop was approved. Now I have to look in the "pending" payment area.

I think you are referring to Intellishop. They pay on the 20th.

The subject of this thread pays on the 15th and 30th.
