That's great, isn't it amazing how it helps.Side effects from pills are devestating.. Iuse lemon juice, garlic and olive oil for my salad dressing, make all my own soups without salt, they are delicious, cannot eat canned soup
I've gotten used to pure taste and do use some herbs usingTurmeric (very good for you) in my soups and chicken, adds lots of flavor. I do cheat, but am 80% a healthy eater and it shows. I eat out quite a bit, tonight I'm doing my "healthy pizza" thin crust, veggies with low fat cheese. I think it fun taking care of myself, as I see
friends aging and unhealthy. So far, so good...let's keep it up!!
