Where Are You Shopping Today?
WE do Video chat on my computer, but she is always out, so now when she calls, I see her.....I didn't want it, but she kept on me, saying "you can do it Mom, please" haha. Once you learn something, you can't live without it. I have a friend 78 years old with a flip phone, his girlfriend bought him Galaxy 7 and taught him how to use it, now that's all he talks about.....they just got married yesterday....sweet. Never say never!!!!!

My Dad is about the same age as your husband. I gave him my old Samsung Galaxy S5 when I upgraded. He's never been intimidated by technology, but he doesn't use use his phone to capacity. I was very excited when he got an app on his own, and even set it up.

He's not the least bit interested in knowing how to text or use a computer or a smart phone....yet he depends on me to send emails or texts for him now and then! He doesn't mind getting the benefits of computer/smart phone technology....like when our satellite goes out and I can switch the TV to a channel on the Roku so he can continue watching what is usually some sport event....he likes that, but has no clue on how it works. or even how to use the remote to get to the Roku!!! I think it's great that this technology is here, and I like having some modicum of understanding as to how it works....good for you on getting a new phone so you can use skype......you can get to video chat with your daughter if she has skype!

That's the only reason I bought it, she has all the latest technology, and insisted I get it.....my daughter pushes me on, and I'm game. We spoke (skyped) yesterday, I've done it with her on my computer, now we can do it anytime.

I had my first BJ's Brewhouse shop yesterday. It was a flop! Mall security wouldn't let me take pictures of the exterior. Instead of tipping 15% exactly, I tipped the change up to reimbursement. The bartender gave me the first receipt and not the transaction receipt. And to top it off, I had a lot of difficulty finalizing my report.
Tomorrow is Pret-A-Manger. The shop is right in time for the lobster rolls!

Today was Pret-A-Manger. I had my taste buds all set for a lobster salad. I get there, and they were all gone. The lobster rolls were mayo, so no.

Wednesday a phone ahead dinner at BJ's, it always goes well, it's on a corner outside of the mall, so picture no problem, and they don't require pic's of food. Waiting to see if I get the Assisted living home a mile from me, good pay....know I'll get it.

Grocery store and casino (gambling, food, drink).
It's my last week of maternity leave! This week so far I've got a food delivery, two hoagie shops and a lunch at one my favorite vegetarian/healthy restaurants.
I expected to do zero shops during mat leave. Surprisingly I did a good number of shops during my time home and no phone shops! Parking shops been so convenient. I can drive into the city for my doctor appointments, park right there, and make easy money with baby in tow. Then there was an MSC who had a project where you order clothes online and either pick up or return the items it in various combinations. When I told them I was on maternity leave and could not make trips to the mall to pick up or return orders, they let me do only the assignments that were all online-only.

Habit Burger. They gave me the wrong sandwich and when I told them they let me keep it and gave me the correct one. So extra food for the weekend.
