One of my go to recipes that is quick and easy. Chicken breasts or tenders cut in half or thirds, your preference of herbs and spices (I use garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme), lay on the bottom of an oven safe pan. Whisk together a box of wild rice with the seasoning, 2 cans of cream of your choice, 1/4 cup of water, pour over the top. Tightly cover, and cook at 350 for a minimum of 90 minutes. Delicious every time.
