I got the email but didn't really read it. My graduation ceremony was May 8th. Since I didn't read the email I didn't submit a clip or anything. They said that we could view the ceremony later. I think the instructions came to my snhu email - now I have to remember the password or reset it. Haven't gotten there yet. When is yours?

Oh, and as far as wine, I've never tried Black Box but I tend to limit my red wine as it tends to give me a bad headache. Right now I'm drinking a blueberry sparkling wine.

Oh, kimmie, I'm so sorry!

The tannins in red wines are responsible for the depth of flavors but also can give drinkers headaches (not hangovers).

I briefly looked at the email. That didn't seem like much of a graduation.

My Mom asked me a few months back if I finished my MS. I was so stressed out with the P/F Capstone, I never told them I finished. I got my diploma a year ago!

From yesterday's shop, Halal Guys beef gyro platter: yellow rice, chopped tomatoes, beef, black olives, hummus, pita. Plus a little red wine.

Pizza delivery. Margarita and Grandma pizzas, broccoli and spinach rolls, cheese calzones, mozzarella sticks and garlic knots. So Delicious. Smoothies for dessert. DD concoctions included blue berries, strawberries, pineapples, bananas, OJ and grapefruit juice. Husband added some vodka to ours. I need to go to sleep in a few.

Tonight was going to be a toast with olive bruschetta and garlic confit. After cooking the garlic for two hours, I got the farmer's market bread out. Moldy!

We had Chipotle for lunch. I brought home the leftovers and that is dinner. With garlic confit!

Wanted to go out tonight but weather is miserable. Garlic spinach Farfalle pasta topped with parmesan, chicken Francese and Bruschetta on French baguette. Breyers Chocolate Truffle ice cream for dessert.

Working on a five day weekend of hubby's favorite picnic foods: hot dogs, potato salad, fruit, and unlimited finger food snacks. At last count, this stuff will last until the end of Memorial Day. Then, we must return to boring old stuff: chicken, veggies, rationed snack foods, and lemon water.

I've heard good things about them but have not yet been. They are all assigned by the time I check.

I only got the one in Gaithersburg. But that big reimbursement covered two large entrees, which provide me with 4 meals.

Grilled hamburgers and hotdogs, tomato soup, grill cheese, Tex Mex, and I didn't cook any of it. I love holiday weekends.
