CORi Payment Today?

has anybody gotten their DD today? Mine is always in the bank, like clockwork, by 8am, then today, its almost 1030, and nothing....Was trying to find out if possibly its me, or if its CORi. Should we not expect to get paid til Tuesday, when they get back? Hope not. Any other people that did or didnt, please let me know.

happy holidays

Same here. I came here to see if others had the same issue.

CoRI is usually like clockwork?
I have not recieved mine either. There is also a pre-notification the day before that is posted on my account, and that isn't there either.
Yes, I have NEVER ever woken up on a Friday morning, and NOT had my CORi payment. Ever.
I have not received my pay either. This is the second time I have not received a payment before Christmas. I guarantee the people that work in the building received their pay. On my payment history it shows the payment was transferred to my bank, but my bank does not have any record of the payment. The bank representative checked with the ACH department and they did not show a record. I sent e-mails to three different people at CRI, but I have yet to get a response. Real nice right before Christmas.........AGAIN!!!!!!!
It is aggravating, but usually CORi is right on the ball with payment. I have never had this happen to me, ever. I am sure that when CORi comes back to work it will get fixed. That doesnt help us now, but its not like CORi is always late, like some of the other MSC's.

Merry Christmas
It is very rare that I would be concerned about a CORI Payment. Most shops pay peanuts except when the end of the month comes. You have to be a Poker Player. You got to wait to see if the pot gets sweeter and you sometimes lose. As a independent contractor I can play the game and if I lose it was not worth winning.
I got mine today. Nothing huge to get excited about but at least I can close the file on them for 2011 as all jobs are paid.
Have not received mine either. $675!!! Bank shows nothing pending, but the CORI system says it is. I think it might be the new ICA we signed. It says they have 30 days to pay now.
What happened last year? Did CORI make good on the deposits right away? I'm starting to panic a little here.

Whatever changes were made the company had really bad timing and should have recognized if there was a possibility payments would be delayed. Seriously, they could have implemented changes earlier or waited until after the holidays. That's a big chunk of change for you to have delayed 2 days before Christmas. Mine is small, but it is interesting the payments shows as completed and isn't in the bank. Maybe you will still see it since today is not a bank holiday.

The wording of the ICA specifically states they will take no longer than 30 days to pay not that the pay cycle has changed to net 30 days. Obviously, they can interpret this however they wish and make whatever changes they want, but usually previous payment terms will be honored and changes would go into effect for future work. If they go to a 30 day cycle I would hope that people would reconsider taking the jobs while the fees are still low.

Did not receive mine, and it is direct deposit. WOW the day before Christmas and MY money not there. I have never had a problem, money in the bank like clockwork and the day I really need it nothing and with no warning this was going to happen.
It looks like the banks are all closed on Monday too for the holiday as well as the post office. I feel so bad for you guys - CORI definitely pulled a Grinch.
I know Tuesday is going to be a nightmare...especially since I cannot do 8 shops for them on Monday. I simply do not have the money for the gas and required purchases. What do you want to bet that THEY have an attitude about that, but it's ok that they blew us off on our pay. I was panicked awhile ago, now I am just p.o'd
Its totally not right Jan and I don't blame you. If they want to change it to 30 days, FINE, but it should be 30 days from X day not on jobs done under the previous (and legally binding) agreement.

When MFI pulled this crap a few months ago with their "oh we have to pay the Canadian shoppers" (which personally I could give a crap about) I told them flat outright - I can't tell my mortgage company that kind of excuse. Now I have a 46.69 late payment, are you covering THAT?"
I hear that, Suz! I use bill pay online...I thought I would get a jump on everything and have everything pay out on Friday...the 23rd. The bank paid everything, but charged me transfer fees to do it. Uhhhhgg.
This is the first time this has ever happened to me with CORI -- I'm sad! (and POed) right before christmas ... really?!

I got my email saying they were paying $104 (ok not the end of the world but it would tie up last minute christmas stuff) and the site says the transaction is complete -- all is good EXCEPT the money never reached my bank account. Maybe its not their fault but whatever it is means I wont have that money until Tuesday at the earliest. Not happy.
I had to wait until the next payday before I was paid for the payday the company missed. This is exactly what happened the last time. They said the payment was sent and it showed transferred to my account in the pay history, but the bank did not even have anything in pending. I was then told I would have to wait until the next Friday. If the money was transferred.....why would I have to wait? I'm sure there will be some excuse, but since I have been through this before (the same time of year)......I won't believe it. I just hope the problem is corrected on Tuesday.
Ok, well this just sux!! yawning smiley(
I just logged on to see the status of this situation, and see that we're still waiting. I also checked my pay history, and it too shows as "completed"... and, here I was, ready to call to give my bank h*ll. So not cool! I really needed my pay for Christmas...

Thank you for the update.

Happy & Safe Holidays!!

I'm right there with you, and so not happy...
We are expected to perform shops/audits on specific dates, it would be nice to have the same level of courtesy - receiving pay on the date they assigned as pay day. A heads-up would have been the way to go, NOT a pay history on their website, stated that pay has been transferred, when in fact it very well may not have...?? Praying this is corrected first thing Tuesday

If it helps, I started a thread about how they still owe me dating back to Nov. 30th. I probably will not see that money until January. 27 jobs.. all bonused, so you can imagine my situation.
OUCH!! yawning smiley( I can imagine... sorry to hear that.

Hopefully you'll get at least some of what's owed you before the New Year!
Not that it helps much right now, with Christmas yawning smiley(

Haven't received my deposit either and it was supposed to be my Christmas shopping money.
Seems CORI could care less if their shoppers are happy or not. Actions really
do speak louder than words!!!!!!
Looks like I wasn't the only one wondering where my money is. Got an email last Monday saying the deposit process started or whatever. I was looking forward to the extra dough since my family and I are now in disneyworld, and I wanted some "me" money. I guess computers at banks take holidays off too :-(
The email I got when the payroll was processed said expect payment on 12/23.
But it did not show up in my bank,so I am curious also.I'm hoping it's
just a glitch in their system. My payment was only $109 so it's not that
big of deal, but I feel bad for the folks that were counting on their
payment in time for Xmas.Like the rest of the shoppers mine
is always in the bank by 8am.
This next weeks payroll was processed today it says, to be received on Friday, also, they are well aware, and put a notice on their main page, that acknowledges that the prior week deposit did not go through. At least they are working to fix it. Sure, I needed it for Christmas too, but they are working to fix it, and I trust that.
