They also rejected my report from a bank assignment. This one got strange.
It sounds as though they deactivated the account because the OP had 7s and 8s and then did two shops that were not usable rather than because the OP disagreed with them. Two unusable reports means it required them to reschedule, sending another shopper to complete the shop, then review that shopper's report. That's double work for their scheduler and their editor. Twice.
I've worked for Service Check for years, and they count off if the editor has to make a lot of edits/changes and/or request information. It's true that 7s, 8s, and 9s all pay the same, but those who consistently receive 7s and 8s are not as valued by the MSC as ICs because their work is far more time-consuming. Some MSCs drop those shoppers whose scores are lower than the what they deem acceptable.
What I'm understanding is that the OP did 6 shops for them with 7s, 8s, and 9s. Then he did a furniture shop and a bank shop and both were rejected. So, out of a total of 8 shops, two were rejected and had to be rescheduled with another shopper. Six out of 8 is a 75% success rate, and the successful shops included 7 and 8 scores.
I would probably contact them and ask, mostly as a learning experience. This is a company that usually gives reasonably good feedback after they grade reports. They would probably give good feedback about the deactivation. There are lots of other MSCs to work for. It's good experience.
edited because even with spell checker I still can't spell.
