I also got deactivated at the end of last week. I get this email stating they are no longer offering me shops, and due the nature of their business, they don't have to divulge their reasons. I gave them a piece of my mind, though I doubt they will care. I've been in their system for over 10 years.
They don 't care. Probably either laughed about it or just deleted it, because it was irrelevant. And it probably wasn't read by a person of influence anyway. In fact, that is one of the reasons they don't specifically identify the reason for deactivation. If they did, many shoppers would ask for more information and ask questions and argue, and they figure it is irrelevant. When they are done with you, they are done. No arguments. No discussion.
Sybil, they do contact you when you do something wrong. They keep track of the number of times they have to contact you. If they have to contact you too much, you are too time-consuming for them and you will probably get booted. That's why no news is good news. To remain long-term with them, limit contacts about reports and submissions.
