Confero - Late payment no response

Hi everyone. Has anyone received their payment for confero for this month? Their payment policy states I should have been paid on or around the 10th, my shop log indicates I was paid on the Monday the 12th, 3-5 days paypal means that at the latest I should have received money on Friday the 16th. I emailed them yesterday inquiring about it, but I haven't received a response or payment yet.

I also have payments that are showing as paid 09-12-16 but that I have not yet received. I had the same problem last time, and the payment showed up a few days late. We will see what e-mail response I get.

I've received no payment (9 days late), and no response from a Monday email (2 days ago).

I am not surprised with the issues regarding Confero payments. I took a chance with 2 of their shops knowing they have a reputation for being slow to pay. Well, after 7 months of waiting and finally getting paid (after several inquiries and complaints) I don't even bother with them.

I was considering doing more shops for them, but at this point the chances of that happening are pretty slim. I just have not been happy enough with their shops to really make it worth any additional hassle, like not being able to count on when I am paid.

I always give a 2-week grace period, but I'm not dependent on mystery shop money to get the bills paid. It seems between companies work days, weekends, holidays in every month, paypal, direct deposit, banking days, and so forth things can get caught up for 5-10 business days at times. I know, not a big preference of anyone but it happens. That aside, after about day 5 of business days the eye brows do start to raise.

This has also happened to me TWO MONTHS IN A ROW with Confero. In August, I reported it after 10 days late, via support, went through all the hoops like did I check with PayPal on pending payments. They asked, Did I verify my email address was correct. Did I check my Spam folder etc. Finally I was paid about 16 days late. This month, it showed as paid in my Shopper log 9/12 and I contacted them 9/19 because PayPal had no record of it. I was paid on 9/20 with no reply or anything and in the PayPal notificaiton it said "REISSUED from 9/12" .

Just a tip, if you don' t paid on a Confero job, the regular support is useless. Who you need to write is shopperpayments@conferoinc.com I do it one of two ways, either from my email account or in my shop log, I click on HELP CONTACT and in the TO box I cut and paste that email address and remove the scheduler's name and address. That got me (RE?) paid fast.

But I agree with those who are thinking they are having some kind of cash flow problem at Confero.

Glad I haven't started Confero. Same issue with Sentry, no payment & they don't know when payments will go thru. Their guides stated 2 months? A long time.

I've contacted Confero 6 times about non-payment for a shop I did in September. No responses except one from the scheduler who said that she sent my email to the owner of the company. No response from them either. Any suggestions on how I can get paid?
Have you tried calling them? If yes, I would get in touch with the MSPA-NA or the IMSC (Pam Olmstead) to help you talk to them.
