This has also happened to me TWO MONTHS IN A ROW with Confero. In August, I reported it after 10 days late, via support, went through all the hoops like did I check with PayPal on pending payments. They asked, Did I verify my email address was correct. Did I check my Spam folder etc. Finally I was paid about 16 days late. This month, it showed as paid in my Shopper log 9/12 and I contacted them 9/19 because PayPal had no record of it. I was paid on 9/20 with no reply or anything and in the PayPal notificaiton it said "REISSUED from 9/12" .
Just a tip, if you don' t paid on a Confero job, the regular support is useless. Who you need to write is
shopperpayments@conferoinc.com I do it one of two ways, either from my email account or in my shop log, I click on HELP CONTACT and in the TO box I cut and paste that email address and remove the scheduler's name and address. That got me (RE?) paid fast.
But I agree with those who are thinking they are having some kind of cash flow problem at Confero.
