so they put the right address, but wrong town in their listing. i assigned the shop yesterday, and found a few other little jobs to do in the town to make it worth it. if it was my first stop of the day, i'd have google mapped it, and would've figured out the problem then, but it wasn't, so it wasn't until i was in the town(45 minutes from my home), googling the place, that i realized it didn't exist. the right location was another 40 minute drive further. i called them, explaining the issue, and asking if i could receive an extra $20, as their error was going to cost me about an hour and a half extra time on the road.. the supervisor was completely not understanding, and refused the bonus. she told me that they had already left a note with the client on the address of the location, and only the client could change it. i don't see how in the world maritz could just leave an incorrect listing on the board, knowing it's going to send people to the wrong place, that's not showing any care towards shoppers. i do have to admit this though, i have actually been to the location twice. once in 2015, once in 2016. i must've picked up on the error in the past, but didn't remember this time. i mean, i go to a million locations, and am not a robot, how am i supposed to remember all of them? this particular town is huge, and has a handful of blue stations, so the listing didn't seem out of the ordinary to me. do you guys think an extra incentive would be the right thing to do here, or no?
