Maritz new website launching

I'm using Chrome and still can not locate ANY open shops in Colorado. There are always some gas shops available, at a minimum. I've listened to the applicable video, followed the directions for moving the map around, etc. I see no shops in the map or the list. I answered the question about the vest as yes. Anyone have any idea what the heck I need to do to view available shops. HELP.

I see shops in the Denver, Arvada, Lakewood, etc. Some are "yellow" gas stations, others are that other gas station with a dinosaur and others are mobile device shops. So, they're definitely there.

I have found with both my Chrome and Tor browsers that I have to shrink my view size on the browser from 100% to around 67%. Then, I need to look at my map and shrink the overall size down to the minimum using the plus or minus key on the map's right corner. Next, I hit the "list view" link or button in the upper left side of the screen.
Alternatively, you could first insert the zip code in the "filter results" search. I used the zip for Aurora. Then do the map shrink to minimum and then press "list view".

Hope that helps.

BTW, I'm not in Colorado!

BTW, has anyone used IE for the new website?

Although I love XP and have found it virtually virus free due to its age, I broke down and purchased Windows 7 that will allow me to run IE 10 on my confuser.
How to get rid of the Facebook flag that covers a large portion if my android screen??? It jumps all over, covering text every time the keyboard opens and even covers the submit button at the bottom, making entering reports in the phone futile.

Try this: I saved it from Wikihow

Method 2 Clearing Notifications on the Mobile App (Android)
Open the Facebook app. It's the white "F" on a blue background icon. ...
Tap the globe icon. It's at the top of the screen. ...
Tap and hold a notification. You should see a context menu with Hide notification pop up after about a second.
Tap Hide notification.

Thank you for the feedback we will look into this.

What is your shopper ID? I will have someone call you.
Thank you everyone for the feedback you have provided. We are currently working on fixes for issues that have been found. As of this point, we have started to address some of the issues you have identified.

Photo upload issues have been addressed and all sizes of photos and all file names should now be acceptable.

We have also heard your feedback on needing a search radius and are looking to add one as soon as it is possible.

If you have specific feedback or issues, we welcome you calling our team to discuss.

How come invoicing isn’t automatic? You have all the data you need in the report. Why not just pull it from there and automatically have the system invoice for you?

Absolutely useless. The "new" system's search capabilities are antiquated.

Debriefing is quicker - that's good. Right now the radius of 20 miles can't be changed - that's not good but that may be corrected. Putting in different zip codes will get to different areas but that is not the best solution.

In what way?

I believe Maritz always required invoicing, so it's not a change.

However, I agree with you why is it necessary unless the shopper forgets to submit an invoice and Maritz then has an out why it didn't pay for the shop. Until the shopper wises up and submits the invoice.

II had this happen for a shop I did a year ago. When I asked why I hadn't been paid yet, they said I never invoiced them for the shop.
I've had them follow up a year later on jobs I didn't invoice. They invoiced it for me. I don't think anything underhanded is happening here, it's just totally unnecessary.

I just prefer to have a search radius and the shops listed. Monkeying around with the mouse on the map took way too much time for me.
You can still see the list view.

I just got done reporting the rest of my shops for December and I really like the new website! It does take a little getting used to, but after you do, the reports seem to be a lot easier. I change my camera to take photos in 640x480, so that isn't really going to matter to me. Looking forward to January when the new shops are released so I can play with the search for shops option. Overall, I was a little nervous about the changes, but I think it's a change for the better.
Also, it's very nice to see someone from Maritz in the forum! I think that will be really helpful in the future.
It just worked for me. A bit disturbing that I just clicked on my bookmarked link thst I’ve always used and it didn’t have me sign in. It just went right to my account.

I like not having to sign in. I don't like even more text boxes that can't be saved in auto-fill. Each time they change, there are more. I used to be able to click in most answers (many years ago) and choose from one of my previous answers, such as height, shirt color. Now it doesn't even save my evaluator number.
I don’t know if not having to sign in is a feature or a bug. Lol

Go to the search map move it slightly and you well see and icon that says SEARCH. my doing this and moving the map you can find the shops they will let you shop.
This not being able to print survey and invoice sheet is a Big Problem. I have a large route that takes time to prepare and getting ALL the paperwork printed before time is a must. I cannot do most of the shops with your app for there is no internet at the shops. I have tried repeatedly to get it to download the shop and then do it on site but to NO avail on the app. It is going to me bad enough to see what shops that are available 250 miles from my location that has been done in the past with advance search shops but your new features make it almost imposable for I have to nowhere to go and search 20 miles out or zoom out on the map and try to find one shop. Your app might work and you decision not to print survey in a close area to the shoppers home but I have 75 miles from one shop to the next most times.
I have been working with tech support and have told them my problem but it seems this is not working.
Since feedback is being provided here, I will mention the one thing that is annoying me the most.
That (c) Maritz CX footer on the bottom of the page that doesn't move, with the phone number and email address.

Can't that be moved to the top, next to the Maritz CX logo that displays in the upper left?
I finished entering my December shops yesterday on the new website. Here are my pros and cons.

Pros: (1) I like that that the questions collapse, especially all of the pumps that are not present at a station.(2) The upload speed was dramatically faster for me. (3) I like that I can put in a zip code or a town name to search. (4) No more security codes.

Cons: (1) I like to hit submit and add all the photos on the last page. I tried and it it didn't work. (2) I like when shops with incentives are highlighted. (3) I wasn't able to enter shops early. There have been many times I pick up shops for a certain week and my schedule changes and I am able to do them earlier. ( If I could pick one thing to change it would be this) (4) The search area is not large enough

I wonder how big the client requirement changes will be at the beginning of the year?
