Maritz new website launching

I should preface my comments on this topic by stating my M. Ed. specialization is Distance Learning, meaning I have been trained in best practices when it comes to online data collection, data dissemination, and communications.

While overall I like the new site, I do have issues with some of the changes that have been implemented.

Rather than post a long screed (my last one regarding this company was not well-received by forum members), I will address what I perceive to be issues one at a time.

So far my biggest peeve, based on my experience, is that the links posted in shop invitation emails are not valid. It would seem that the form MCX uses for said emails was not updated to match with the new site.

This is a major fail, plain and simple, and should be addressed as quickly as possible.

It would be nice if someone would respond to shop specific emails. I've written two days in a row to no avail. Very frustrating. When I call I get the pat message that all team members are busy.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, I just found the bank shops. Their with a scheduling company, duh!? So, once they put them on the scheduling companies site it disappears from MaritzCX.....hellooooooo
I use a photo of a floor with text that says "This station has only one rest room or no public rest rooms." Another one says "No Diesel"
Please, replace the feature that tells us what questions were answered incorrectly on the reviews(tests). I have to call after the 1st attempt now,
Well, since I can't seem to get a response to my emails or someone to answer the phone at Martiz, after three days now, can someone here tell me how we are to determine if a report has been edited and accepted. I've looked everywhere and all I can find is that I submitted a report. With the old website we could easily determine what stage a report is in.

yeah, that's annoying. This needs to be added in as well.

I'm so glad you mentioned this! I thought I was going cuckoo or something, because on the Maritz site, it would say that there are something like, 44 shops that I qualify for in my area, then when I click on the list, it shows 3 or 4 instead!!! I've been thinking, what's up with this??? Now, I just clicked on the scheduling company, and yup, the rest of them are the bank shops, and they are all there!! Phew!! I'm NOT crazy...at least I don't THINK I am!! ha ha!! Thanks, Spicy!
@COMystery Unfortunately with our new website there is not a way to see what status a shop is in – you will only currently see if MaritzCX has a question about the data. MaritzCX tries to review you data in a timely manner but it can occasionally take a few days. I am sorry that you haven’t received follow up to your calls or emails. So that we can best assist you with this issue and understand why you haven’t received a response to your calls or emails, I would appreciate it if you sent an email to our tcmsbox@maritzcx.com email address with the subject being “Mystery Shop Forum Feedback”. If we receive this email by 5 PM CST tonight, we will follow up with you tonight on your shop’s status and look into why your communication was not being returned. Otherwise, we will follow up with you tomorrow.

Their system is currently down. I have sent an email notifying them of the reason why my debriefs will be late but am posting here to cover my bases and to let everyone else know. I have tried both through Chrome and IE with no luck.
Confirmed.

I see another comment string referring to their website down.

Maybe they're updating the system with some of the suggestions here.
You all are correct it looks like our website was down (unscheduled) for a short time this morning but we are back up and running. Sorry for any issues this may have caused you.
@ Maritz CX Scheduler - I was able to reach someone on the phone yesterday, thank you.

I do have a question, which may have been addressed by other shoppers. Instead of listing the city the shops are located in, would it be possible to list the street address for the shops we are assigned. If you're assigned to a number of shops you have to open every one to determine which one is the one you're wanting to look at/report.

While you're at it @MaritzCX Scheduler, it would be great if we could see the bundle requests that we make online. I got a call today from a scheduler who was calling about a bundle request I made. It was very difficult to discuss the details because I did not have access to the bundle request that I made. Ultimately, we had to start over; which is super counter-productive.

I am currently having this problem...... now.
It would be very helpful and probably save time on both ends where, if a site element does not exist (only one restroom, no restroom, etc.) that the report would complete without a "dummy" picture required. Also, if a hold is needed to be cleared after the initial report entry, it would be appreciated if a request to validate why the report was not debriefed within 24 hours not be generated.
I just realized I forgot to invoice a shop I did on 12/18/17. When I just attempted to submit the invoice, I received the following message: "This visit is older than 14 days. Please resubmit if entered in error or contact MaritzCX." I tried to submit it multiple times, but it won't allow it. This was not an issue with the old site, as I had forgotten one before in July. Now I have to call them tomorrow. I love Maritz and do a lot of shops for them, but I can't wait for all the bugs to be worked out on the new site!
Dear Maritz CX Scheduler,

I've seen a lot of complaints (mostly by me) and a lot more of helpful suggestions.

So are any of them going to be implemented?

This was absolutely the same policy on the old site. This isn’t a site issue, it’s the fact that Maritz needs to do away with manual invoicing.

Another vote to add the questions missed in a review back in, please. When my first attempt was rejected, and I didn't see which questions were wrong, I thought I'd somehow missed 4 or 5. No, one question that I'd misread. Took waaaaay too long to figure that out.
Well, I know this question was asked in another comment string, but maybe, just maybe, the Maritz Scheduler doesn't read them.
Here it is now, the 21st of the month. Direct deposits payments have gone out and shown up in bank accounts. However, I am not seeing the accounting of how the shops were paid and accounted for. For me, I like to reconcile my payments versus shops as soon as the payment is made. I know that often my bank reports the payment before the Maritz DD payment shows up on the website. That's not the problem here. I just do not see anything for 2018.
Are you aware of it Maritz Scheduler?
Also, once again shops that are to begin today, the 21st are showing "Not Ready To Shop". Can you fix that please?
Last of all, if you really want me (or any other shopper) to be able to schedule the routes in the way you want us to, can you please put in a calendar to click on the week we would wish to take the shop again? Simply asking for the first week, second week or third week as a selection does not really give one an understanding of what you (Maritz) interpret as the week versus how the shopper does. You put in the week at the beginning of the report, why not the end?

Does anyone else have the hold issue where one single photo request by the editor is highlighted and requested in every single photo slot? EXAMPLE: The editor requested a closer picture of the building. Instead of the request being made in the slot for the building, the request was also made at all other photo slots. At the top of the returned report, there were what looked like 10 requests for photos when it was for just the one building photo.
@janalou Yes! That photo thing happened to me. The team member I spoke with didn't know what that was all about. I ended up placing the one photo that they asked for in that slot and the report went through. But not without calling them and much ado. It was very frustrating and I ended up getting the impression that they thought I was nuts and/or was making a story. You can imagine my joy when I read what you just wrote as my situation was exactly the same.
Yes, I've had multiple holds for one photo where they opened up all the slots for photos. I've also had multiple holds for one photo where they didn't open up any slots. My favorite so far is a hold for a forecourt picture. It came back to me with two pictures of lot breakage in the forecourt slots and one picture of the same lot breakage in the lot condition slot. Since I lost my mind on or about January 5, maybe I'm responsible for all that. Some of those pictures we upload must not be showing up on the other end, and maybe some of them are getting jumbled. Or maybe they're losing them trying to edit if the form doesn't work right. No problems the last few days. Got my fingers crossed, hoping for the best for all of us on both ends of this.
