I haven't gotten paid yet. I'm looking at the guidelines on my laptop for a hedgehog shop. There is a reference to that group in the guidelines.

MarketForce is a huge company and has thousands of shoppers to pay. Companies that size process payroll in batches. As each batch is process, the shoppers in that batch get paid. The whole process will take most of the day. The fact that people *are* actively getting paid today should alleviate most concerns.

I got paid today despite the message on the website that payment will be 3/25 or 3/26. Another on time/early payment!

That's a pretty ridiculous insinuation, sobroke, if you think MFJ is a Marketforce rep. Everyone knows he is a video and route shopper, and also a school teacher. Plus he has about 2 000 posts. When would any MSC rep have time for that! Marketforce reps don't post in the forum, though it's possible they read here from time to time. So, if forum members slam companies publicly and the reps can figure out who they are...wel....

You think they're bad. The caregiving company I worked for bounced my last pay check. As soon as it cleared, I stopped working for them. 7 times now, they've been late paying employees. I got a message from them last week....."To all employees, paychecks are not in. We'll let you know when they are" LOL
I was paid on the 20th of March for completed February Shops. Earlier than expected given the message on Market Force's home page. Other than the glitch in January with the Canadian DD's they have always paid me in a timely fashion. This month was not the exception. Yes payments are later than they used to be. But they are still faster payers than alot of other MSCs. And they have continued to communicate with shoppers regarding payments. Red Quanta owes 100s of dollars to shoppers, for shops going back to November 2018, they are the company to @#$%& about, not Market Force. (Thankfully I did not do any shops for Red Quanta, despite numerous emails from Carrie requesting that I sign up for the company).

I'm glad some of you have been paid. I have not. Market Force repeatedly told us to budget for a payment no later than the 20th and that's what I did. It's the 21st and no payment. To me they are late, even with the message last week about payments going out on the 25th. To late Market Force, you told me to budget for the 20th. I've lost confidence in this company.

Sorry to hear that you budgeted for their payment date. Even though they are strict on their report due dates, I would, for any msc, allow the payment to be late by a week or two. MF actually has been one of the most reliable companies to pay on time. Maybe they are undergoing a change in payment system or are merging with another company or there is something going on with them, but until they actually miss a payment by a long enough time, I would cut them some slack. That doesn't help you if you needed the money at that time but maybe planning for some lateness by the msc's would help next time.
Okay, who's stretching the truth here, some say they have been paid, MF says different. Anyone want to respond? Sent an email to the Help Desk and this is the response I received:

Even though I've been very opinionated on MF in the past, I will give them the benefit of the doubt until next week.
If some of the longtime posters said they got paid early, maybe they did despite what MF says.

Yep, got paid. Emailed because some stated they had and some stated they had not. Trying to figure out if it's worth continuing to do shops for them. Pay seems to be sporadic lately.
Proof they actually paid someone ! I'm tempted to do some shops this weekend but will be cautious going forward.
Didn't claim other shoppers were lying, but trying to figure out what's going on. I'm sure if shoppers are stating that they got paid, they got paid. Have my doubts about MF and the response received. Trying to figure out if it's worth the risk to continue to shop for them or not. Likely will reduce the number of shops and continue to monitor very closely.
I also emailed the help desk and pointed out the inconsistencies on their home page. They replied that the ICA says that payments will be made “around” the 15th - 20th of the month. I guess “around” can mean almost anything so we now need to check each month for the current situation. I personally am not worried as they are quick to respond and keep us updated on their homepage.

The ICA does say "around" the 15th to the 20th, but the messages on the homepage always said that the truth is that payments will go out NO LATER than the 15th to the 20th. That message needs to no longer appear on the home page as it is a straight up lie.
The latest message on their homepage says next week. I do not see any messages under 'Shopper Messages' that state 15th to 20th. I have to go by what I see as the latest message, which is next week for DD.

It's right there with all the other messages. It has been posted over and over and over, before they started having whatever trouble they are now having. If this is a permanent change from that "truth", then a post saying so is in order. I don't want to have to wonder when I'm going to be paid from month to month. It also says they will inform us if that pay date changes, which means it may not be a set date. And, if the people on here saying they have been paid already are telling the truth, then why haven't we all been paid?

They said they can pay early sometimes. Since someone just got paid, Calsim11, it shows they are paying, so I'm just going to wait. I always allow extra time to be paid. I understand some can't, those will need to plan ahead just in case a msc doesn't pay on time.
