I've noticed that the report has errors that can't be answered without "lying." For example question 15 says 'based on your answer to #15 (and they write out the question, but its actually #14), this should not be answered.' The only way out is to 'remove answer' to #15. And it still doesn't make sense because even if you ARE able to walk right up to the counter, there could still be a wait to be assisted because all the employees are working somewhere else, not just waiting there to take your order. But the instructions clearly say that if there are no customers ahead of you AND you walk right up to the counter, the wait time MUST be 0 minutes and 0 seconds.
I had a shop the other day that had some of the questions just didn't populate. And it kept telling me that I had 5 errors that I had to fix before I could submit. My scheduler eventually sent me the missing questions and I answered them, and sent them back to her. And now it shows my job is completed.

@HoomanShopper.....I just did a drive-thru shop tonight. There was no wait to pull up and order. I answered 0:00 and it gave me an error and pointed to the wrong question as well. That is a lazy software engineer that does not test their code thoroughly before deploying. Even if the software engineer did not test, it should have been caught in QA or UAT before being released (can you tell by now I'm a software engineer?).

It's frustrating as a shopper when the software does not behave properly. Whether it's @HoomanShopper example or @Morledzep. I have experienced both errors with IPSOS and this client in recent shop reports.
When there are multiple scenarios I also get questions for all of the scenarios, instead of just those that are applicable to the scenario I was instructed to use. Then I can not submit because so many questions are unanswered. So far switching to Chrome to submit has corrected this issue.

This exact thing happened to me. 5 errors. As far as the survey showed,0 errors.
Contacted the scheduler pleading for the shop not to be considered late and removed.
Scheduler sent me the 5 questions like Morlezdep noted.
Ipsos is sloppy and the impression I have is they often can't be bothered to do things right. Quantity over quality.
Another thing with the times required, especially in the drive-through questions. You have to use double digits in the minutes portion and in the seconds portion. Like this 00:00, I spent an hour fighting with that on a different shop a few weeks ago.
