Satisfaction Services NON-PAYMENT

I am out just over $1600 as I had completed several high end shops for them with constant contact from Raquel (the scheduler) over a period of months earlier this year. I have filed a fraud alert with federal authorities and will likely pursue a legal claim if this is not resolved. This is clearly fraud if they continue to not pay.

If anyone has gotten them to reimburse through less adversarial means, please keep me posted.

Disclosure: Never shopped that company. BUT.....'banding together' and not doing shops is fine......but you can't get the whole free world to participate. Ahem. Cough. Now I'll write a short fairy tale....

Once upon a time there was a company that promised payment in return for work rendered. And then that company didn't pay. It wasn't just a one time thing but rather multiple times to multiple people.

SO......10,15,20 people decided to ACCEPT shops, especially from the same client and the MSC thought all would be well. But then......bam bam bam bam the reports were either never completed, or sent in with deliberately poor information.

Then the company had to scramble to get the shops done.

But .....they also lost a client who got sick of late or crappy or missing reports.

And they live happily ever after.
Here's something interesting. A couple of weeks ago, someone from Satisfaction Services posted about how SS is transitioning from Satisfaction Services to this new Texas CX Solutions. I posted on it about my concerns. Here is the link:

The signature of "Jon. Owner" is the same name as the name Jon listed as the Managing Partner in the Houston office of Satisfaction Services.

A skunk still smells like a skunk, no matter what name you give it!!
I did a shop for satisfaction services on July 31st and have still not been paid. Raquel gave me Mickey's phone number and email address. I reached out and have had no response or payment
Not surprised. I’ve been trying for a couple years. I’ll never do another one for them. Just terrible how they handled this. Very unprofessional.
Sinclair just announced that starting the first of the year they are going to direct deposit and no more checks !
Their board shows just three shops and at least one of their clients is now with ACL. I haven’t gotten job invites for months but that might be because I had told Raquel I wouldn’t do any shops until this issue with stiffing other shoppers was resolved.

I did a shop in July for Satisfaction services. They owe me $90. Raquel gave me the address and phone number for Mickey the owner of Satisfaction services. I have reached out by text, phone and email and still have not been paid. Apparently they are changing to Texas CX Solutions. I would advise all shoppers not to take any jobs from Satisfaction services or Texas CX Solutions until they pay the Shoppers that they owe. I do not think Satisfaction Services Inc is going to pay its shoppers waiting on payment. On 9/22/2023, Satisfaction Services Inc was administratively dissolved for failure to file an Annual Report with the Florida Department of State and the President of Satisfaction Services Inc appears to now be living in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, at least according to Broward County, Florida court records (the President of Satisfaction Services, Inc., Mickie Albert, recently accepted service of process at a home in TN). Satisfaction Services Inc. did not even appear in a lawsuit filed against it and a default judgment was entered against it last month. Voluntary payment seems very unlikely at this point.

Satisfaction Services Inc was administratively dissolved in September. They aren't supposed to be doing regular business.

"A corporation administratively dissolved continues its corporate existence but may not conduct any affairs except that necessary to wind up and liquidate its affairs under s. 617.1405 and adopt a plan of distribution of assets pursuant to s. 617.1406." Fla. Stat. S. 617.1421(3).
I'm sure they will not be paying anyone the phone has been changed and the website is no longer working so forget about Mickie ever returning any messages.

I don't know FL law, but in other states if a business, once a corporation but then dissolved, engages in business activities, then it is as if the business is operating as a general partnership of the former shareholders with each former shareholder being personally liable for the post-dissolution debts of the business.
Big red flag:

"Sign up for "FREE" or pay $9.99 and Receive Rated Member Benefits, either way you will be available for our shopping assignments."

No reputable MSC is going to solicit money in exchange for sign-up benefits. I hope people aren't foolish enough to fall for this and give this company money.

If your path dictates you walk through hell, do it as though you own the place. -unknown

I just received an email from the Better Business Bureau stating that satisfaction Services has refused to respond to any of their inquiries. Don't know where to go from here I guess I'm just out the money. I'll tell you what I'll never work for Texas cxs either.
