I received a reply on yesterday (Tues.) late afternoon from Elaine Buxton, the Prez/CEO. She wrote that they are "working on getting these payments issued today" -- well, those payments didn't come through for me. Grrr.
She also said this is their first project on ShopMetrics as well as their "first collaborative project with another provider." What does that mean -- another MSC? Or is she talking about Shopmetrics? I don't get it. Either way, why should I care whether it's the first or the hundredth? She blamed it on the Shopmetrics platform having a "steeper learning curve than expected," but why didn't they do a test run with dummy shops on the platform before launching it to real-life shoppers who depend on getting paid on time? It's not the shoppers' problem that Confero did not do their due diligence.
She also stated that Confero is "on our way" to resolving the issues, but "on our way" just sounds like a non-committal way of saying it ain't fixed yet and we don't don't know when it will be fixed. She did apologize but this whole thing still sucks.
