Mine is also pending. I got the same email that everyone else did when I emailed the help desk.
Since it looks like everybody got paid 10%, I think it wasn't their fault. I really think it was their payroll company. Compounded by the fact it was a holiday week.
"Market Force would like to sincerely thank you again for bearing through this process with us! We have been informed that you should see the remainder of your payment for November shops today, December 27th. Please understand that the error was not with Market Force, and we greatly value everything you do for us as a mystery shopper. I hope this email finds you well, and we apologize profusely for the inconvenience this caused."
