I got an email telling me I'd got the ones applied for on Friday at 2am.. It came from the MSC, not the scheduling company, mebbe that is the trouble?. The title of the meails says New Assignments from ______MSC______. The other types of shops I've done for MSC always generate the same email as well.

Does Summit handle the DFW area?

As far as I know, there is a single MSC and a single scheduling company for the entire country.

Who is the MSC? I know the scheduling company.

I haven't done any of these yet. That is why I asked. I thought forums were to help fellow shoppers. Maybe not here. lol

Have we gotten a reply on if you can send packages further than Zone 5 and if you can ship a package that weighs more than 2 lbs yet and I missed it? The only zone that I have someone to ship a package to is zone 6. I don't care about going over my reimbursement.

Anyone know how to add a profile to the mobiaudit? I get to the screen, enter the name, password, and website, and then nada...has a box underneath saying if I don't have an account I can take the tour, but I'm trying to creating an account. When I go to help, it says the profile must be saved, but I dont see anywhere to save it. Has anyone successfully done this? Where am I going wrong, lol?

I had issues adding a profile until I removed the www. from the MSC URL.
There is a little icon on the top that looks something like an old 3-1/2 floppy disk. That is the Save icon.

I have been pushing this all weekend, and we are close. I hesitate to give the resolution here until it is fully approved on the client end, but early indications are that we will have a lot of happy shoppers.

Also please shoppers, don't resort to looking up schedulers in the white pages and calling at home. I have communicated over and over (both through emailing all assigned shoppers TWICE and on here) that as soon as I know something, I will communicate it. I apologize for the delay but really am as powerless as you are until I get the word from above.

What exactly are we waiting on?

I can't speak for others, but for day 1, I am shipping between 1-2 pounds in an unmarked box to zones 1-5 only. I am not looking to push the envelope on day 1.

You don't have to wait, under the current guidelines. But many shoppers want to ship things that weigh more than 2 lbs and to other zones. I am trying to get a determination on that.

I'm glad I checked here first before emailing and adding to the scheduler's rapidly filling mailbox. (Drowning yet?) I also had the same question about shipping to other zones, so I'll sit tight and wait for that answer here.

Oh, and looking up schedulers in the white pages and calling them at home? Bad form.

I tried clicking the floppy disc and nothing was happening before. Now I click it and i get the little twirling circle thing and it locks up my phone and never goes anywhere and no profile is generated ~Le sigh~

I'm wondering if I'm putting in the wrong url...I also tried the no www, same result. I'm using this url...is it wrong, anyone know?? Or what did the successful people use lol. thanks for any help! Did 4 shops today and holding off on submitting for a bit as I'd like to try the app out.

I wouldn't even bother...the report form is so nicely laid out and the questions/answers so concise that it shouldn't take you more than 10 minutes (max) from start to finish using a laptop or desktop. A tip, tho, the "time" question which appears at the top section of the "survey" form itself (directly above the "assigned shop scenario"

is for the time into the location although that is also asked under Question # 10.

Brian, i'd like to do the submission in the car on the phone while waiting for the 30 minutes to go by as I typically do 4 a day and route them fairly close. It only took me 10 minutes tops for the old msc to submit, so I'm hoping that when I do submit on the pc, it will be shorter too. Well, i've got 4 to put in...i'll try both.

I love the app. The only thing I don't like is the lack of ability to save a copy for myself. I always do that on every shop and so not sure I'll use it as much.

The regular submission is a breeze as Brian said. Much easier and faster than the old Sassie form.

I'm a happy shopper tonight.

I'm down to about 5 minutes with my laptop

My applied for shops are now gone. And I wasn't scheduled. Massive, huge bummer. I've done almost 100 of these shops with the former company. Guess that wasn't enough...

Hi shoppers, this has already gone out to all shoppers with assigned shops, but these updates are going into effect:

1. Shoppers can Ship Zone 1 and above
2. The minimum weight has to be 1 lb. and the max is not 2 lb.
3. The shopper can pay the difference for the reimbursement.

I have a few other tweaks to ask about on our project call this afternoon and I will post another update then, but THANKFULLY we are getting closer to being on the path to smooth(ish?) sailing. Also thanks to shopper B for helping work through some form quirks yesterday.
