I did that shoe store Sunday. It was a mess, because there were about 25 people (groups of families) in the store (back to-school-shopping). Tired and bored kids were either running around the store or sprawled out on the benches where people try on shoes and I had to ask them to move so I could try on shoes (parents completely ignoring the fact that their kids were in the way of other shoppers). There is nothing in the guidelines stating you can't return the shoes. But if you decide to keep them, they have a deal going on right now, buy one pair get one pair half off with some brand exclusions.
