Working during the dinner hour. Will have a meal replacement beverage which is mostly good for me. If I add fiber to it, it is perfect.

90 plus degrees = Tex Mex type salad for dinner. Black beans, grilled corn, Mexican cheese and tortilla chips with a simple dressing made from sour cream and locally made salsa. The corn is christening my new gas grillsmiling smiley

I am very, very jet lagged so just picking up some cold roast beef at the deli and will do steamed broccoli and some sort of starch.

Tonight I was teaching a friend how to make pizza on the grill. Smoked chicken with roasted red pepper pesto. With no time to make the crust, I had to cheat and get the dough from Trader Joe's. Convenient, but not as flavorful as homemade using Wolfgang Puck's recipe.

Had a Whole Foods beef taco at 10:30AM, so dinner will be a huge salad and french bread....good to have my appetite back....smiling smiley

Porterhouse steaks with plenty of red wine and homemade peach ice cream for dessert. Side dishes will be determined by whatever fresh vegetables are available at the farmer's market.

Salmon and salad to which I added a new product, "Kitchen Fixin's Crispy Jalapeno's", which add texture and a bit of heat....really good in salads, soups., even wraps...it's a yum to quote Rachel Ray.....

Parmesan herb tilapia and a carrot and potato concoction that sounded spectacular but wasn't. You boil potatoes and carrots, mash them up, add cream, egg, salt, and cheddar, mix together and bake. It was edible but not near as tasty as I hoped.

Sweet and sour roast (my favorite roast recipe: Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar), roasted asparagus, wild rice, and fresh homemade chocolate mint chip cookies for dessert.

Edited to add the fresh homemade rosemary bread.
