Putting a small pork tenderloin in the slow cooker with seasonings rub for pulled pork BBQ. Probably baked beans and tater tots to go with.

Wales, today must be the day for pork in the crock pot! Except mine was a roast, cooked with cream of celery soup...yum yum!!! I've done the pork for pulled-pork, too, in the past. That's also delicious!!
Well that slow cooked pulled pork made enough so that I had some for several meals with BBQ sauce, baked beans and yam AND enough to make a nice pot of chili today. Will be freezing planned-overs of both items.

I've got some thin pork chops loins that I'm going to bake by coating them with a homemade "Shake N Bake" recipe, which is quite good. I found it some time back on the internet...here's the link if anyone else wants to make some: [www.theblackpeppercorn.com] The recipe works well with both pork and chicken.

I may try that oven baked brussel sprouts recipe with it, and some sweet potato.

Doing a bar audit (early), get to do it at 3 or 4:00, so won't be busy. Two drinks and I love their artichoke plate and dip...that's it.
