Went to an annual insurance meeting last night and one 2 leftover meals as a door prize. Supper is done!
I am on an overnight hotel shop that does not provide dinner. However, I have a kitchen, so I brought mu shu pork from my favorite Chinese restaurant, and some wine of course.

I'm having breakfast for dinner too! Eggs with spinach, minced onion and feta cheese and a bowl of pineapple chunks.

Wonderful leftover mu shu pork with thin pancakes and hoisin sauce. Will then freeze the rest of this large batch.

A baked spaghetti sort of dish and zucchini baked with oil, italian seasoning and parmesan
Just put dinner in crock pot, chicken, bone broth, will make Tostada and chicken sandwich's, no restaurants this week.

Spicy, Sweet, Sticky Chicken Tenders (trying a new recipe), butter, garlic potatoes, spinach. Someone posted about chicken noodle soup - that sounded so good. Maybe later this week.
Almost home made chicken noodle soup (I don't make my noodles from scratch...)

It's cold outside and this is perfect for the weather!
Last night was homemade chili plus guacamole and taco chips.

Irene - me too. Usually I have frozen leftover grilled chicken, but I'm out. I will pick up a rotisserie chicken and make chicken noodle soup tonight or tomorrow. I like to put grated carrots, onion, celery and lots of herbs in mine. And noodles of course.
Temperature is dropping like a rock after an unusually warm winter day here. Time to heat up that leftover chili!

I have never made Lasagne so I tried and it was fairly good although some noodles didn't cook while the bottom ones were mushy, left the thing in for 2 hours...way too much work, threw half out.

Taco bake, buffalo chicken dip, & apple cheese bread

I try to cook a lot once per week, freeze part of it, & make the rest last for a couple/few days.

Happily shopping the Pacific Northwest. Shopping since 2013 smiling smiley
