OMG, the workday day is almost over. I am planning on broccoli with chicken stir fry as well as tofu and bokchoy stir fry over jasmine rice. Gala apples and lemon cake with whipped cream for dessert.
Takeout from our fav local Italian restaurant. Cheese Ravioli, Eggplant Parmigiana, Sauteed Broccoli and bread. Strawberries and blueberries with whipped cream for dessert.
I thawed out a filet mignon for dinner yesterday or today. I bought a small piece of salmon yesterday. This morning, I made a baked feta and tomato pasta dish.
Dinner tonight will be one, two or all three.

At 2 PM, I took the hoped-for entree out of the freezer. Then, hubby agreed that this was a good day to order Chinese. Tomorrow, we will have what we should have had today.
My garden in England is full of eating-out places, for heat waves, warm September evenings, or lunch on a chilly Christmas morning. (Mary Quant)
The filet mignon was a bust. Despite having a thick line of pink, it was tough. It was also gristly. The salmon is still in the fridge. The pasta was great. I packed some for lunch.

Chicken and rice with a piccata sauce. The piccata was a simmer sauce from Aldi. The salmon is in the freezer.
I picked up chicken schnitzel from Aldi. I thought I could bake it in the oven, but it needs to be deep fried in oil. I am going to try it in my air fryer, which has never been used. Or I'll use bacon grease!

Yesterday, tofu over Basmati rice. Today, I will make grilled chicken and prepping an easy two frozen bags of Organic Riced Cauliflower Mixed with Peas, Corn and Red Bell Peppers tossed in Sesame Ginger Sauce as described by the manufacturer Tattooed Cheffoods. All I have to use is Olive oil which I will halve from what they tell me to use. DDs bought it from COSTCO yesterday. Can't wait to eat the chocolate chip cookies bought from COSTCO's bakery as well.
Yesterday, organic spinach and cheese ravioli (yay Costco) and
grilled chicken. Tonight we ordered boneless chicken tenders with Thai Chili sauce. My mom made us rice pilaf with mushrooms and peas She baked an Italian lemon cake too. So good!
Speaking of pizza... I ordered the best combination of toppings I ever tried for my birthday... garlic, mushrooms and sweet sausage. I have to order pizza from one place only now. The local Italian restaurant doesn't come close to the one I had for my b'day!! The crust isn't as good (taste is eh ok and texture eh ok) and the cheese is very, very greasy.
Leftover pizza. Us ladies still full from brunch and will heat up later. D(umb) H decided he was starving before us, burnt it to ashes and set off the smoke alarm. LOL!
Madetoshop....too funny!!
I made fresh baked salmon, (with lime juice, chopped swt onion and garlic topped with fresh cilantro!) mashed potatoes with sour cream and fresh broccoli.
