I must be channeling Cettie, Turkey meatloaf, mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts with bacon. There was a cranberry pecan tart on the menu until the snow caused a cancellation. Since it was the person I was making the tart for, it will wait until next time. At least the tart shell will hold in the freezer.

Leftovers here as well. We had dinner shops Thursday, Friday and Monday, went out to dinner with friends on Saturday and went out for dinner Sunday with my sweetie. The refrigerator is stacked with doggie bags . . .

I had french toast with honey & scrambled eggs. 
Had this chicken braised with red wine last night and highly recommend. I forgot to buy raisins and don't think it mattered. Dessert was churros with spicy chocolate for dipping.

That looked fantastic until I saw the nutritional info. Maybe it's not right? I've been cooking a lot for the parents and have to watch what they eat also.

Tonight is T bones on the grill, brussel sprouts and twice-baked potatoes. Fresh strawberries for strawberry shortcake for dessert.

Actually the nutrition info is based on a serving being two pieces of chicken which I didn't notice before. The crew I served it to each had just one and was more than satisfied.

I am making oven fried pork chops with baked sweet potatoes and fresh broccoli. Yum!!
Last night hotel room service: steak, mashed potatoes, broccoli. I had brought my own wine. Later got free dessert from concierge lounge. For once I had a free room in a great hotel. I was so tired from my (very profitable) road trip that I actually paid for a room service filet mignon. It was a celebration of having booked my best monthly fees in 10 years. (And the month is young!)

I have some leftover turkey meatloaf, some tomato sauce, a few bell peppers and some cheese so stuffed bell peppers it is!
I have browned chicken thighs, lemon, onion, homemade broth and seasonings in the slow cooker. Will later add orzo and fresh spinach to make it "sorta Greek." Will serve with a crusty French garlic bread.

I had a Steak Bowl at Chipotle. It was actually busy for the first time in months. Now I have to do the report.
Bacon, eggs, homemade corn muffins and coffee. Love having breakfast for dinner from time to time.
