Yes, some call it bone broth. Uses the carcasses from roasted chicken plus what our grannies used to get the maximum collegen for broth: chicken feet. They have become easy to find at local grocery stores. You must add some acid to get the most from any bone broth: lemon juice or cider vinegar for chicken or turkey, usually tomato for beef. Without the added acid you won't really get all the benefits. Our grannies knew what they were doing when they made broth for sickness!
