What are you having for dinner?

I have a ham baking in the oven along with a potato strata side dish. Salad and fresh pan of cornbread. Had to bake today for an event so hubby's dessert is a large platter of fresh cookies.

I just got home from 11 days on the road for a conference and then family business. Looks like scrambled eggs and some of the wonderful German sourdough bread that I found in Fredericksburg TX.

Broccoli and lentil soup left over from last night. No one else was home at dinner time, so I got to work the newspaper crossword puzzles as I ate.

Tonight is BBQ night. I have a huge rack of ribs I'm getting ready to start.
Tonight we went to our favorite Thai restaurant. My Jungle Curry really hit the spot!

I felt like having fifty percent of a traditonal holiday meal, so we had ham, plain baked sweet potatoes, and broccoli. (For breakfast we finished a pumpkin pie, so technically, we had dessert first.) Tomorrow we will have leftover ham, cranberries that I prepared and froze last week, and other veggies. That will conclude our annual hamfest.

We did our turkey with cranberries and stuffing et al. before my son left to spend Thanksgiving with his dad. Last night we finished the turkey after several dinners and a bunch of fabulous sandwiches off of birdie. So tonight was ribs and baked beans. I have another turkey thawing in the fridge but I think rather tomorrow will be a pork roast.

We should have a recipe thread for that one!

We did once and someone hijacked it with photos of her cake decorating. We couldn't get a word in edgewise and the thread died.

There is a beef chuck roast in the crockpot. It will make its own gravy. Will have baked potato and steamed carrots or spinach along side.

Everyone here is sick, so it's chicken noodle soup and crackers with Popsicles and Jello for dessert!
Homemade chili with onions, cheese, and crackers.
I have no clue at all, might go simple with some baked chicken, baked taters and steamed broccoli. We can use up a fudge-nut pie for dessert.

Eggs baked atop roasted tomato marinara and topped with parmesan shavings. I am making homemade breadsticks and a side of citrus fruit salad with drizzled honey.
Home from a long trip. Just reheated a very good frozen pizza and had it, red wine and a few special dark chocolate cookies as dessert.

I don't know. I am making lots of three freezable dishes because we will be busy later in the month and there will be no time to cook then. Shrimp, chicken, or beef? Hmmmm.....
