We're eating very little meat these days, but I couldn't let St. Patrick's Day pass without at least a little corned beef. I made a corned beef, cabbage, and red potato skillet hash with a Dijon mustard sauce. Served it with good rye bread from Whole Foods and green velvet cake for dessert.

It was disappointing. I had a vegetable quiche I was looking forward to but it turned out to have a texture I couldn't stomach.
Mexican today. We are taking a coworker out for a celebratory going away luncheon. 
Spaghetti, garlic bread, and green beans, nothing fancy.
I think hubby is making a boiled dinner: corned beef, cabbage, potato & carrot. I know, it's a day late, but I'll take it if I don't have to make it!
Is there enough for two? Oh yeah, that's right, you live in the frozen tundra. Never mind.

I have tried several times to make my own breakfast burritos, but I can never get them wrapped right. As I add the fillings, they always seem to grow and grow until they're too full to wrap. How about some photos of yours along with some filling ideas, BG? I usually try scrambles eggs, cheese and chorizo.

Sounds like you're trying to make them too big. Just put half as much filling. I use eggs, the four cheese Mexican blend shredded cheese, and maple flavored sausage.

Tried my new sandwich maker. Made a chicken and cheese with spinach and Omega-3 egg between English muffin halves, a la breakfast McMuffin. Had it with home made slaw and green tea and lemon.
At least one chicken mcnugget, a few fries, and a medium drink. 
It's not definite but I'm leaning toward chicken and waffles.
