From what I've read here before, contacting them and making a polite case for yourself may get you back on, though that seems to defend on who you wind up contacting. I get enough calls that I've made note of who I've worked with, in case I ever need to do that.
I won't miss the arches but the I will miss the peanut oil fried french fries and that is all they have left around here anyway.

Sorry, some typo in previous post. I used my cell to type and made some mistakes. I meant they say I did not immediately taste the food so caused the location to loose points unfairly. Maybe I should have tasted all items within 5 seconds of receiving them. I did not know their client is so strict on sampling.

I too have been questioned on if I immediately sampled my food. I wrote back that no I hadn't immediately sampled my food because I then had to unwrap it and find a place to sit it down and then pose it for the pictures they require of the entree. Besides it was cold when I took it out of the bag and it wasn't a chi town dog. I should use an infrared thermometer to check the temp of the burger or the chili cheese dog.

Wow did F.F. shop for M.F. and for the first time in two years lost my receipt!!!!! Hope they don't deactivate me??? Do a lot of shops for them easy report and usually get bonus. I live in a rural town.

I have reported on a couple shops that I didn't get a receipt on. I wrote the help desk and they accepted them. My first rejection came because I ordered the wrong size or at least that is what the receipt said. And it was a bonused shop to boot.
I got deactivated by them once. It was a number of years ago and I was going through a bad personal time in life. I rescheduled a few shops and ended up canceling one after I had rescheduled it and they deactivated me. About a year later, I wrote to their help desk apologizing and asking to be reinstated. They ignored my email. A few years later, I tried again. I explained the situation, told them I was deactivated, etc. I told them my life is more stable now, I've learned my lesson, I promised no more rescheduling or canceling and I was shocked to find that my email went to a nice enough supervisor that she reactivated me!! I was so happy. If you lay it all on the line for them and be as honest as possible, maybe they will reactivate you. They have always been one of my favorites. I've been shopping for them for about 16 years. Back then, they were called Shop n' Check. Don't give up!!!

The secret menu is tabu for shoppers. If only. There are round eggs, patty melts, "cheese" fries . . .

When an item on the guidelines is not on the menu, consider snapping a picture of the board. The MSC or client may not be aware.

A lost email address? That's one I haven't heard of. Will be on the lookout.
You'll see it because it won't let you proceed with the report.

Yes I have had your email address is " " usually its when I start the report on an Android tablet save it, and then finish it up on the computer at home because I do not want to get bitten by the data charges sending pictures or receipts on the cell network. I think once it was because I argued with a scheduler about the shop fee. I even explained that I had done the shop previously because I was in that city doing other work. I wanted $120 for it and that would have just covered mileage at $0.45 a mile. She got all huffy and I hung up on her. No does not mean maybe it means no.

Do check with their Help Desk if you think you are being unfairly ditched. I noted tonight when I went to enter a report that their system has lost my email address. Odd since I selected shops earlier today that they sent confirmations for. In the report it was blank between the " " so I entered my email address. Once the report was in I checked my profile and indeed my email address was gone. So I put it back in . . .

I logged in tonight to complete a report and noticed that my email address said " " with nothing there, so I added it. Now I can't see "Web FC Select Shops" anymore... I'm going to email them and see what happened. I was still able to submit my report, so I'm not deactivated.

Did you also fix it in your profile? My address had disappeared from there entirely, which was probably why it was " " on the report.
I tried signing up for their movie check and got the message that I was deactivated. Why not just deactivate the arches and leave the rest? I would not mind a bit.

I signed up for the daily email from them. My email server was down and the email "bounced" as undeliverable and they removed it from the system and the select shops will disappear. I added the email address back and I had to call them and they explained that the email rejection was the reason this happened and turned the select shops back on. The email outage was a rare event that lasted for half a day. Since this is MarketForce, I no longer have them send me a daily job email. I make sure my email server is working when accepting jobs, so they don't get another bounced email when they send the job assigned email.

The same thing happened to me. I can't see "Web FC Select Shops" anymore. I emailed help desk and they said I needed to use Chrome instead of IE. I logged back in using Chrome, and I still don't see a select shops option. If I have been deactivated, I haven't been told.
I don't think they would tell you that you needed to use Chrome instead of IE if you actually had been deactivated. Go to your profile and make sure that your information is still there--phone number, correct email address etc. If it is not, update/fill it in again. Log out and log in later to see if you can see the select shops. If you can't, call them on the phone tomorrow at the Help Desk. If you have been deactivated they probably will tell you and if you haven't, maybe they can get IT to help.

The movie check and the arches are two differently entities of MF. Sometimes if Certified side of MF has deactivated you, the other side has not. The only thing they has in common is that end of the year 1099smiling smiley

They do not tell you. You just lose the ability to see new jobs.

This does not mean your "deactivated". It means that your email server rejected an email from them. I also CAN mean that they rejected you as a shopper.

Do not panic unless you did something wrong and contact the help desk via email. State if your email server was down, or plead your case if you KNOW you screwed up the last job and they really did reject you.
@Shar007----->Sometimes "we" check out shoppers/postors. Sometime we don't. "Almond joys has nuts, Mounds don't". That being said----->your problems with MF began about 2 months ago or longer, and its been down hill from there.grinning smiley

You ordered things against the guidelines, you ordered less things. you ordered more things, and you ordered things that weren't there. For all the shops you preformed, that was rejected, MF did not get paid. AND had to pay some other shopper MORE because you did not complete the assignment as instructed. You posted on this forum that it was YOUR error and once they forgave. You are a LIABILITY. You posted your errors.

A Shopper who does not follow guidelines is not an asset to the company(MSC). Not following the guideline protocols, everything about a shop becomes questionable-------->time in, time out, timing of orders, stability of the retail staff----->EVERTHING. And You wanted to do their MOVIE checks---------->NO CHANCE IN HELL.

Some of your past post sounded like bragging. MF and other MSCs read or come to this forum. Some responds (D), IC, GFK, BH and some don't. They may be laying in the background waiting for a Shopper to complain unreligiously, and put one and one together.

You may want to check your "house" when it comes to the other MSCs you are registered for. YES------->"you have been deactivatedsmiling smiley"

This too is not a beat up post.smiling smiley
never did I say I was unfairly deactivated. I said I made mistakes. The whole point of the conversation was the method in which one is deactivated. Bragging - do not think so.
Last week I took a look at the daily MFI Help Desk shops available and lo and behold--the good ole FF shops were back. I had been deactivated from doing those a long while back, but now suddenly they're visible to me again. Whaddayaknow? Better pull out my fat jeans. tongue sticking out smiley
Yes! Or No sad smiley

Glad to hear it chigirl! Unexplainable, inexplicable, frustrating, welcome or not smiling smiley
Yes and it's not a popular sentiment but I am not gonna lie, I love me a Big Mac once a while.
Color me crazy, but $20-$40 do to a McD, and I'm in! You just have to taste it to evaluate it, then you throw it away. And they reimburse you for the total cost - unlike other FF shops where they reimburse up to a limited amount which covers a hotdog...
