Maritz new website launching

Number one issue for me so far is that I cannot print any of the evaluation form before the due date. I always print out the first page of the form, put it in a file folder and then any other materials go in the folder with it, it gets labeled and I take it with me to do the shop. I like to do these as soon as they are assigned so that all of my paperwork is ready to go. I review the guidelines on my phone if needed but those file folders are piled in order and keep me and my days shops straight. If I have to wait until the shopping day to print them, that puts me behind before I've even started.

I was able to print out my evaluation form and other materials 2 days prior to the shop begins. I suppose that gives me enough time.
However, here it is the 18 of December and my shop's date starts today. My shop says in red, "Not ready to shop".
So, my question is, why can I not enter anything? I know its early, but I would think that if everything is updated when the clock ticks over to 12:01 AM, the shop window should update to the new day.
I realize this is a minor annoyance that i can live with, but I wonder how many other little things like this are overlooked.
I'll confess that I appreciated the old system where once the quiz was taken and passed, the shops was ready for being undertaken. Not only was I able to preview the pertinent areas of the shop that were not clearly underlined in the guidelines, but more importantly I and I presume other shoppers were able to plan their routes.
So, to be clear Maritz, please do this:
1 Allow for a Preview Feature.
2 Allow shops to be reported and done within the overall shops' time period (for instance the "Blue" shops have a time period typically of the first 3 weeks of the month- shops were able to be completed during that time period).
3 Is there a "save" feature for the shops? If not, please add that to the shop's report.
4 If a shop's time period is set in stone, please state that upfront. Previously, some shops did, others did not.

That's all for now.

Oh, one more suggestion:

In the old website I was able to look at what was paid out complete with dates, amounts, etc. I cannot find that link. Is it not available? If it is not, please add.

Thanks!

Both of these features do exist.
I can’t get any shop documentation to open using Safari on my iPhone X. Anyone else having this issue? None of the PDFs under “shop documentation” open or even appear to be links.

I don’t have any shops scheduled at the moment but when I tested the site, I was able to get docs to open.

Seriously, nobody cares that you're offended.
You're all doing better than me. I can't even view available shops. I called the 800 number to no avail. Now I receive an email stating there are shops in my area that they think I'd be interested in. Again, I can't view any shops, there are no shops listed as being available to me. If they think I'm going to look up random zip codes in hopes of coming in proximity to that particular zip code's 20 mile radius, they are downright crazy.

Shopping up and down the Colorado Rocky Mountain front range.
After receiving an email saying there were shops available, the new website shows no jobs in NY or PA, and they were there last Wednesday. I see I'm not the only one having this issue.
Thank you everyone for your continued feedback. Please know that we are currently working to fix issues as well as review feedback for enhancements. We will do our best to respond to everyone individually but wanted to post a quick update to address some of the posts that have come in over the weekend and today.

- Safari users - in order to see the project documents you will have to enable pop ups. For those that are on a computer using Safari, Click on Safari on the upper left of your screen and choose Preferences and uncheck "Block Pop-Up Windows". For those that are using iPads or iPhones, you will need to go into Settings and scroll down until you find Safari. In the General section of the Safari Settings is an on/off toggle for pop-ups. Make sure the toggle is off.

- Those of you that are reporting that you are not able to see shops in your area, please contact us at 1-800-782-4299. We have changed how we display shops based on eligibility and we are also nearing the end of a shopping cycle which may be contributing to the lack of shops in your area. However, we want to verify that there are no other reasons for these shops to not appear and we need your assistance to get that information.

- Navigating around on the map will change your search radius. You can zoom in and out or pan the map in any direction and then click on "Search Area' above the map. This will also change the results in your List View
I had the "there are shops in your area" email a couple of hours ago, just minutes after getting off the phone with a scheduler who checked within 100 miles of me for more shops and said there were none. None show up on the board either.

Well, I got through to Maritz and spoke to a nice woman who had no clue as to why I was calling even after I explained it twice. She looked at her list and there are all the gas shops I saw last week, and she kindly asked if I wanted someone from that team to call me. No. I want to let your website people know there is a problem.

She called me back after talking to someone and wanted to know if I'd watched the tutorials. Insert side eye here. Yes, I did. What device was I using and what browser? Laptop/Chrome. The problem seems to be the area I'm in. Nothing comes up in my area, although I can see two shops in my friend's zip code in Virginia.

On the plus side, I learned I've been banned from green, and yellow/blue gas stations. Who knew? There are none within 100 miles of me. Also, they lost their grocery client that I did once a month. At least that's not on me!
How did you get yourself banned from gas station shops?!

The new site is treating me well so far.... I got one report done this morning between shops.... As soon as I get to a coffee shop I’ll see how long it takes to do the remaining five...

They begged me to sign up saying they had jobs in my area, I don't see any, and no one answers my emails.
Seems a glinch in the site.....

Five reports. 45 minutes. I'll take it.

I just signed in to the new site. It is lovely!

Oh, wait, they just asked me for my credit score...lol

Ohhhhhh, yeaaaaaaaaa! Each shop is highlighted when I hover on it.

I have to report a shop tomorrow. I love it so far!

Thank you for the feedback and suggestions. We are working on a couple of these items already and will look into the rest of your feedback. Hopefully, overall you are liking our new site.

I am sorry you are having an issue with the site. Have you been able to talk to anyone on the phone? If you send me your shopper ID I can see if I can help you or I can have someone call you.
So, I reported my shop and no reducing the size of pictures! No code to report. It is still very familiar but very refreshed. I reported my shop using my phone on the website after the shop. Easy peasy. I really love it. I will be doing more shops now. My only fear is that others in my area will find it as great and I will have more competition. I'm using the list view and haven't used the map or any of the more complex features. Now if I can get someone to rewrite the guidelines and update in the guideline instead of, and without, the 8 or so addendums, that would be dreamy.
The only problem I had was that the gas station didn't have a restroom. So I had no picture of a restroom to upload. It wouldn't let me submit my report without a picture of the restroom, so I uploaded a picture of one of the receipts and made a comment in the Maritz comment section. I had clicked on "no restroom".

I guess they have bugs to get out.

You are right. We are sending the wrong message here and need to reconsider our marketing..

This site is TERRIBLE. Avoid it at all costs. You don't want to go near it, especially if you are in the Pacific Northwest. @spicy1 and I will take one for the team and deal with all the MartizCX shops around here. Everybody else should just stay away.

Whaddya think?

Guess I won't call...take 2 pics and the best gets the job....don't know if I can work for them, I like a response during my lifetime...

I'm not trying to rub anybody's face in anything. I am celebrating a positive. This board (along with every other social media board on the planet) tends to heavily lean towards complaints. MaritzCX has remade its website. There are certainly challenges with such a change (such as what you are experiencing). In this case, there are also positives, which is what I have been experiencing. Ideally, MaritzCX will take heed of concerns that are expressed and folks who are frustrated will recognize that success is possible and there might actually be a lot of positives to the change. It is especially positive that @MaritzCX Scheduler is active on this thread and actively working to help iron out the issues we see and putting folks into contact with the good folks at MaritzCX who can help us.

Yes you need to take a photo of yourself in your vest while at each location, ideally it would include more than just your torso.
Sorry for delay in answering the phones today, there was some miscommunication with the MaritzCX team. Unfortunately the phones were not transferring as intended. We are working to make sure that this issue is resolved
