Red Quanta

I got this message, too...he even said I should have received a PayPal notification in the last 2 days...I replied back quickly with no answer. A law firm is still looking into a class action suit...if anything comes from it, I will post here for all. Wonder if the MSPA has been able to do anything...last I heard, they were "working on it."

I've had good experiences with Red Quanta. Lately, they've been helping test out food delivery and food takeout apps. I have no complaints. I don't think English is their native language.

They have no support system, the phone numbers to schedulers do not work, no one returns calls, they are one big scam!!!

They have been paying you?

Most folks here have had good experiences - until it was time for them to receive compensation. The issues are very widespread - beyond what you are seeing on this forum and to the point that they are losing (have lost?) their MSPA affiliation. One of their schedulers has a criminal record for defrauding mystery shoppers.

Hard work builds character and homework is good for your soul.
It seems they do end up paying, but only after a lengthy wait. I will not shop for them again but I do believe they want to pay everyone. On another point, I am always dismayed at how often an OP will get derogatory comments from other shoppers on this forum about how stupid, lazy, or unprofessional they are. Is this a support group or a place to feel superior? If you can be anything, be kind. If you feel the need to judge, perhaps its best to log off? I'm sure we are all just doing the best we can.

Just did a bunch of shops for them last month. Still waiting for payment. I am waiting to see if I get paid or not before taking more jobs with them.

Based on what I see here, you can expect payment (if they are still paying) in July.
I wonder why the people who have positive experiences with Red Quanta are new to the forum. Has anyone else noticed that?

Is it because the shops are easy but they haven't gotten paid yet, and don't know what they are in for ?
I sent an email to each of the email addresses listed a couple pages back. 3 were not delivered “address not found” and the one to shubhangi was read an hour ago and pankajguglani read it 3 hours ago. No response from either yet 3/24
Probably new shoppers that have been duped

I echo what others have said. I did one round of delivery shops with them, and I won't work with them again. If you do, be prepared to fight for payment. They seemed quite disorganized.
I wrote off the one job I did without payment, I feel for those with a lot more.

Personally, I think we should all accept as many job assignments as possible, flake, and not respond. Then create accounts (we have at least one other email address from this job), then repeat.

Many will probably think this is petty, but there is a purpose, if the company is unable to serve its client, then it will lose its contract. Let it go to a reputable company instead.
I have more contacts if anyone wants them. They both reply within a few days.

Yes. And because I am naturally suspicious of everything, my first thought was that RQ is telling employees/contractors to get on the forum to say good things, maybe even with (a promise of) extra pay. Just my conspiracy-oriented brain working.
Now I've been told that I'll be paid for December shops in the first week of April. Sheesh.
I guess we should be heartened that they haven't just disappeared into the ether, right? I'm hoping that they really are working on whatever issues they're having and are going to pay shoppers, otherwise why keep emailing people? It's not like anyone here is still doing jobs for them.
The people on this forum may not be doing jobs but people not registered on this forum are probably still doing them, unfortunately.
I have done more than 50 shops for them - going back to last year. They pay really slow and you have to chase them. I just got paid for my November shops (around 11 in all). I have a bunch of shops still remaining to be paid for December and January. They blame the US government for the payment delay. Not sure what is going on here. I have also not heard from them for sometime now (new jobs).
It seems that they will pay out, but only after you hound them and they are paying about 4 months behind.
I’m owed lots of money too and only decided to work for them because I saw favorable posts here. So it’s not naive because I did my research... apparently the company has since gone to doo doo.
It's unfortunate you are owed lots of money. The first post on this thread was Dec 2017 and on the first page there were indications that the company had quite a few issues that made it a red flag for shoppers. That alone should have put most forum shoppers on alert.

I do hope the shoppers get paid.

I agree with 7star. I hope that everyone gets paid, but I never saw any indication that this was a good company.

Did you see any of the "big dogs" saying that they were great? (excuse me if I type the ID incorrectly)
