Red Quanta

I agree. You presumably received the product / service from the food delivery companies. They each did what they were supposed to do. It is like your friend saying, "Lets order Chines food tonight. Pay for it with your credit card and I'll pay you back." The food arrives, you both eat it. Your friend refuses to pay you back. Do you really think that you can dispute the credit card charge because your friend refused to pay you?
@JimmyP wrote:

I don't think a credit card dispute would work. You did not have transactions with Red Quanta, you had transactions with the various food delivery companies, and there was nothing disputable about the transactions.

Bummer, I’ve been away from the forums too long and I’ve done 12 of these shops since last month. I hope I don’t have to wait forever for my cash back.
Hello, any body got the $$ from Red Quanta, they promised on March,
if not maybe we can coordinate to contact their client's marketing department and report the late payment?
What do you guys think???
I'm owed $375 and haven't even gotten a response back from my numerous inquiries regarding the lack of payment... I'm screwed aren't I?
I'm owed over $800 and they have never paid as promised. A week ago I sent an email to the owner who sent a message instruction someone to pay me-but it's 4 days later and no payment was made. I wrote to them all today and my email came back with a message that the person who makes the payment is gone until March 11. The email I sent to the owner asked him is I needed to contact his client to be paid. This forum would not post my last reply with Red Quanta owners email address or the clients name. If you want to contact the company owners or the clients name you will need to do a search online..
It looks like we are all screwed! Red Quanta's staff which arranges payments are coming back as not in office until March 11-I willnot be surprised if they come back undelivered next!
Maybe we can contact scheduler from a different mystery company who done the same project, and asked for the client's contact information so we can report red quanta directly to the client. I will try this way. Let me know if you have any info!
It took four months to get paid. I emailed Carrie Coyle every few weeks and that worked eventually. I did not get paid directly from Red Quanta and got no reply from them despite multiple inquiries.
I emailed the RedQuanta contact form on their website, and a Shubhangi Agarwal responded, so I've been emailing back and forth with her. Here's the interaction:

===Feb 23rd===
Hi *****,

We apologize for the delay in payments & appreciate your patience.

Due to a certain bureaucratic chain of approvals in our Fed system, we are facing some delay in processing the payments.

We do not want to give you an incorrect date for processing your payment for November shops. Hence, we would request you to give us time till 1st week of March.

Once again sincere apologies for the Inconvenience caused.

Thank you for your understanding.

Thanks & Regards,
Shubhangi Agarwal

===My response===
If you know the payments are due by a certain date, can you not start the process sooner so the payment window is the 30 days as stated when the shops are approved? 50+ days for pay is beyond ridiculous.

Beyond that, I’ve called every day this week, and 6+ yesterday, and neither Abner nor Ajax answer their phones. How does this inspire confidence that I will actually get the funds due? Do I need to involve the courts to get this done?

===Feb 25th===
Hi *****,
Payments will be surely processed it's just that there is a delay. I understand your concern but please have patience.

===My response===
I've had patience, but it seems that if you know there will be a delay, start the payments sooner so you keep your word. I shouldn't have to hound you for payments, it should be automatic. I know I'm not the only one bugging you for payment of completed shops.

===Mar 1===
Do you have a date when the payments will come our way? I'm due almost $900 USD and it's been too long in coming. Where is the money and when will be in my Paypal account?

Why do I need to keep chasing this down to get the money that I"m owed for completed jobs? I've done my part, why is RedQuanta failing at their part of the agreement?

===Mar 2===
Payment will be processed in 2nd week of March'19.

===My response===
For everything owed to me, correct?

===Mar 2===
We will process the payment for Nov and Dec shops.

Then subsequently for Jan and Feb.

I haven't heard from Ajay or Abner in quite some time, and neither of them answer emails or phone calls from me anymore. Maybe it was the 75 calls I did in one day to them, idk.

This was from Shubhangi Agarwal. I had used the contact form on redquanta.com, and a "Abhijan Das" forwarded my message to her. I'll try to keep the line going, but at least now there's a date involved for something to come our way.

This is beyond ridiculous.
@#$%& This,

Im going to begin launching fraud lawsuits on any red-quanta individual I can find.
I just checked, and their address in Washington DC is a building that rents office space. I suspect that it is little more than a mail drop and has no Red Quanta personnel are located at that address. They don't even list a suite number, which I suspect means that if someone from Red Quanta shows up, they get an office or cubicle for the day. It might be possible to serve legal papers at the DC address, but the address they show is for an entire building and may not be good enough.

Ive heard nothing on my end. Called with no answer. Emailed everyone and their moms. My sister recieved an email saying they werent partnered with Doordash anymore but I never got it.
They owe me $490 and continually promise, but never provide payments, last one I got was for October. Beware!!
My latest email from Shubhangi Agarwal:
===

Payments will be processed by 15th March'19.

I will say, I got paid January 18 for November shops.

The first payment came via Paypal eCheck from Cariann Coyle, Carrie@redquanta.com. I added up what I'm owed for December, then January, then February, and made three separate invoices, or Money Requests on Paypal. I've sent a daily reminder for each one in hopes that it will annoy them to the point of paying me. Here's to hoping!

Good luck out there - they say it's coming, but don't hold your breath.

While that likely won't help anyone get their money back, those who are in contact with the client should let the client know. Based on the comments here it seems like tens if not hundreds of thousands of dollars were stolen by RedQuanta. At the very least a cease and desist from the client would keep additional people from being scammed. It's crazy that such a prestigious and well-funded client would end up with such an unsavory and unethical MSC.
I got the same email informing me that MSPA USA terminated Red Quanta's membership-They operate from MSPA Asia and it would be wise to start contacting them as well of USA office.
THIS IS A LINK TO AN ANDROID APP FOR RED QUANTA THERE ARE ABOUT 1,000 PEOPLE REPORTING TO NOT BEING PAID WHEN PROMISED-BAD NEWS

Despite the fact that the owner agreed to pay me-I never got the money as promised it's now the 7th and I was told I'd have the money on the 5th so it does not look good!

No payment has been made. When you've made the other LATE payments they were reflected on my Red Quanta shopper account, showing as paid. There are no payments showing on my account and there has been no payment made to my pay pal account. You companies misrepresentation are getting to be a little too much-why don't you people just tell the truth for once in your lives-Oh yeah, I forgot you lie to get people to work for your company, then don't live up to your side of the bargain by paying people when you promise. Then you act like it's a bid deal that you pay at all. Not an ethical way to do business and Karma always catches up to you. It is not ok to float your company on money that does not belong to you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
