Red Quanta

That makes me feel a little better. I’m owed for December thru February $170. I got an email from them the beginning of this week and they said I would be paid for my February invoices on May 8. I wrote back and said that was great but are they not going to pay me for December and January now?

I get you are talking about Red Quanta. RQ seems to still have some connection to the Z audits through GigWalk since one of the emails comes from nikki@redquanta. Hence my concern about being paid. Happily, my fears were unfounded.

Gigwalk is great. They sometimes pay the next day but normally never take more than a week. I did shops for RED QUANTA back in December and still have not been paid.
I have emailed so many people requesting funds for my November shops - I truly don't believe I'll ever get paid. I will email this person regarding payment - Do you mind to share the email address this came from?
I received this same exact email. I guess I'm waiting until May 10th before I do more investigating.
I would totally use the Gigwalk app more if their choice of processes (the Z one) had more than one client in my area. If only RQ approved/paid as quickly and consistently as Gigwalk...
I have also emailed so many people and am waiting for May 10th. I spent over 3K and have not gotten anything. Any other options besides redquanta that anyone knows of? I'll try Gigwalk. I am in tears since I am owed so much and scared of not seeing my.money. I will reach out to MSPA Asia as well.

@Masoomashah when did you do the shops for RQ? It seems like they're about 4 months behind on pay, if that's any consolation... so far, they've paid, although my December payment was about $100 short, they say the rest is coming on the 10th...
I got an email from Red Quanta telling me they’re having problems with PayPal and offered to pay thru my bank account if I send them that information. I’m owed $300 from December on. Is this safe? I’m not sure what to do.

My sense of Red Quanta is that they are not so much corrupt at the top levels, but completely disorganized and still trying to figure out now to navigate various aspects of an international business. From reading thousands of posts here and on other sites, payments are (albeit very slowly and very late) coming out. That said, they do have one person working for them who has felony convictions for fraud and/or identify theft related to mystery shopping. She has served her time and legally allowed to work in the industry.

For those reasons, I would personally feel very uncomfortable sending them my banking information and would keep pressing them for payment through PayPal. $300 stings, but it's not the end of the world. A compromised bank account would be just plain awful.

As a note: Red Quanta is the one MSC for which I will not even sign up.

Best of luck!

Hard work builds character and homework is good for your soul.
My suggestion is to accept an MS assignment to open a new bank account. Put very little money in it. Send that bank account number to RQ. Once the money appears, take it out, and maybe close the account. If you can't find an MS assignment to open a bank account, find a local bank or credit union where you qualify for a free checking or savings account.

Shopping Southeast Pennsylvania, Delaware above the canal, and South Jersey since 2008
I also received an e-mail asking for my bank info to receive funds via ACH or Zelle. I replied with my phone number for Zelle. I do not trust these liars. I'd like to get my money but I wasn't born yesterday and know there are other options for sending money that doesn't involve me disclosing my account number and routing. While this is semi-safe, in that most banks require a two-step verification when funds are being withdrawn, I still don't trust them. I like the idea of opening a separate bank account and might do that for these transactions if they continue to insist, but I hope that is not necessary. The odd thing is that for Zelle they must use a US Bank account, so the fact that they even mentioned this option means they have funds in the US. Just an observation.
If you have the option, I would stick with Paypal. Even though they can be a hassle sometimes, they're the "industry standard" as it were.

I'm usually ok with giving my ACH info to people who are paying me, but I am (and, I believe, rightfully so) quite leery of RQ outside of Paypal.

Probably another of the employees hoping to get business? Should they be allowed to put their company's link on our forum since clearly they are not paying their shoppers?
Ugh, I wish I had read all of this before. I am owed over $700 from Red Quanta, going all the way back to November. I was paid for the first four shops I did fairly quickly, so I continued doing them not thinking much of it. I reached out back in Feb when I hadn’t been paid, and received an email saying I would be paid by the end of March. It is almost May now, we are going on over 5 months. I logged onto the site, there is no phone number to reach out to. I look at my shop list, and the amount that I was promise by end of March shows up as paid in the list of shops, but I have not been paid. I am at a loss on how to chase this down.
I did a shop in January. I figured I had to eat anyway. Not even in their system, so I won't be paid, but I found a great new restaurant in town that I never considered.
@Sundeep Aggarwal why the link? That's just a list of RQ's clients, which has nothing to do with this discussion
UPDATE: Hold the phone folks! I actually received an e-mail, this morning, from PayPal that I have an eCheck payment coming in 3-5 days for my November shops. Wow, only took 6 months. Now we shall see if December or January ever surface. Fingers crossed. Good luck to my fellow shoppers.
Sometimes the e-checks are declined. You still might not be getting your money yet.
I received a response 2 weeks ago from Dipti Khare <dipti@redquanta.net> which states their system shows I will be paid by the 1st week in May (May 10 in a followup response) from a few shops I did in January and February. Maybe contact them as they seem to have access to that kind of information. I sent tons of emails to a lot of different people so, if this pans out, then I am not shopping for them again.

I got an email from PayPal that my last shops will get paid for in 3-5 days in an check. I will never work for Req Quantas again.
Again, don't assume you will get the money from the e-check. If you do, fantastic. But it might not go through even though it is pending.

Hey guys. Red Quanta does pay but pays slowly. They are way behind on their payments though. I just got paid for my Dec 2018 shops. I have done more than $1500 worth of shops for them and have been paid more than $900 so far. It is the easiest shop to do and report. Have patience with them. I also hope they paid fast and on time (their policy is within 30 days). They pay by Paypal.
