As you may be aware, there is a thread of messages that report negligence and or a severe delay to pay workers compensation on behalf of Red Quanta. I am reaching out for a comment regarding this issue. Please reach out to me at virginia.dailycaller@gmail.com

Lots of luck with the red Quanta. I did three shops for them in November and they still have not paid me. The last email I got was two months ago apologizing for the delay and telling me they had some problems with State or federal authorities regarding their ability to pay. I plan on filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General‘s office
Run, don't walk, away from this company. I did a number of shops for them in Nov and still haven't been paid. After I finally received an "I'm sorry" from the CEO, that was the end of the contacts. No one responds to my emails. This company is apparently a fraud!
I have also not been paid for shops I completed in November and December. A "Carrie Coyle" posted my November shops payment to Paypal a couple of weeks ago but it did not go thru. I will not do any more shops for them.
I am curious: The thread with Red extends back two years, with most of the shoppers who have not been paid also being at least two years members of this forum. Was it the glitter that blinded you?

My e-check from Paypal cleared today and so I can say I officially received payment today for shops completed in November. I am still owed for shops performed in December and January. In regards to the question posed by shopperbob, I was not aware of this forum before accepting the jobs from Red Quanta. I did, however, check their site and saw they were part of MSPA, additionally, I was paid quickly on the first shop. This led me to be comfortable to do more shops. That was obviously not enough research in hindsight. Personally, I get referred from multiple schedulers and receive upwards of 50 e-mails daily for mystery shopping, this is the first company I had issues with payment. I will be more mindful in the future though.
I just received an eCheck notice from Paypal. Payment looks to be coming from

Retail Quotient Research, Inc.
Roosevelt Way 18
Robbinsville, NJ 08691

It lists job numbers that match with Red Quanta, so maybe this is their new identity on the U.S.?

Also noticed this eCheck has an Estimated Fee of $16.37. This certainly hasn't happened before...

Gw is awesome and always pays within days if not 24 hours. The longest I’ve ever taken to get paid with them is 4 weeks and that was for one shop that just happened to be a glitch in the system. I’ve been shopping with them for years. These food shops are some of the faster paying shops. I don’t think they shop for RQ I think they are doing these directly for the client just like RQ is. Gw is a ms service like RQ but unlike RQ GW pays.

For what’s it worth, that address is a private residence.
I had an e-check from Coyle that was declined. However, I also received the Retail Quotient Research (also has RQ like RedQuanta) e-check for almost all of the remaining money owed. We'll see if it clears.

If this clears, I think it's possible that Red Quanta might not have known what they were dealing with in Carrie to an extent. Also, it looks like the address in NJ is the home of an Indian person, so maybe they are having someone they trust in the U.S. to handle payments?

Right now, the pending e-check does include a cut for PayPal, which is annoying.

Maybe the Daily Caller helped move things along.
After a few months of waiting, I received a paypal e-check for the remainder of my balance from Retail Quotient. I had been paid regularly before the delay that everyone experienced. I trust that my e-check will clear like the ones before did and I will resume doing shops for Red Quanta. I think they had an issue transferring funds and I believe that they have resolved the issue. I am going to give them another shot!
I am Ajay from Redquanta.

We have cleared majority of the pending payments today and rest will be cleared by Wednesday, 8th May. We couldn't do all payments today as our PayPal account reached its maximum funds transfer limit.
The payments would be coming through 'Retail Quotient Research' which is our payment partner now in US.

You can email me at ajay.y@redquanta.net
I got an e-check notification as well. Crossing my fingers the payment clears and I can move on.
Make sure you take all the shops!

Ajay,

Could you address why shoppers being paid by Retail Quotient apparently are having to lose ≈3% of their money because of the fee from PayPal?
Greetings. My heart sank when I read your email. I've always just relied on blind faith that my secret shopping companies would pay as should be. I received an apology from Redquanta for late payment a couple of weeks ago, along with an assurance I'd be paid May 3rd. On May 3rd, I received another apology and a request for confirmation of my paypal address, but no payment has come through yet. I now realize I've received no payments yet from this company and have been performing shops since at least November. Gulp. I'll let you know if I get any money this week. Finger crossed! Thank you, michael
I was finally paid in full. What I did was contact MSPA and MSPA International by email and described the problem. I received a follow-up email from one of them (dont remember which). I continued to pursue this with Red Quanta through Feb. and was continually promised payments. I then went back the response received from MSPA stating they would follow up w/RQ and replied to that email with the facts again. They again replied that they would follow up. I did then receive word from RQ that they were working on it (yeah, sure), but i was eventually paid for a partial ... then another. The other day I was notified of a final payment from them that I had written off, but am now fully reimbursed.
My thoughts are 1) I have wondered if whomever is supposed to be handling reimbursements is embezzling, there is far too much $ being talked about here for it to be simple, even systematic, errors. My total outlay was only 190, as I wasnt going to let it go to far without seeing some $, so mine situation. But, is was a low enough amount for them to cover without much trouble. Embezzlement would explain long delays and spotty reimbursements. Perhaps if enough of you contact MSPA directly until you receive results, or with enough pressure the depth of this problem gets brought to light. Good luck. p.s. I was not receiving solicitations from them during the last couple of months. But now, since the last payment received, I am receiving solicitations again from them - with different food companies. Round 2? 3? 4? I dont think so.
This company was terminated by MSPA because they do not pay. I did 4 shops in November and both times they tried to pay me the eCheck bounced all the way to kingdom come. I KNOW THEY WILL NEVER PAY ME.

DO NOT WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE.
Wow, friends, I told Red Quanta I had registered a complaint here and lo and behold here is Ajay. Amazing! Red Quanta will not call you on the phone; they just hide behind the internet using emails and now OUR forum. I wonder why I was asked for my PayPal information a couple of days ago if Red Quanta had already switched to another payment company? I expect payment on May 10 as Red Quanta's CEO Pankaj Guglani promised me in an email. It is a shame that it took a cussing out by me on a voicemail (because Red Quanta kept bothering me to do work for them) for someone to get things going on my payment. Like everyone else, I will keep my fingers crossed, but, I will NOT be doing any more work for Red Quanta because I have already canceled my ICA and deactivated my Red Quanta account.
Scott,

I received an email from Pankaj too promising payment on 3-31-19. Got NO payment on 3-31-19 and then 2 PayPal notices money being sent in April with NSF both times in April.
Yep just more lies. I hate liars. That is why I refuse to work for them again. Thank God I just did two shops and stopped. They kept bothering me to do more, and I told them no more shops until I received payment. I am only out $30, but thirty bucks are thirty bucks, and twenty-five of it was a reimbursement. Geesh.
