I’ve been paid today but not the full amount. Hmmm

I have completed about 75 audits for RedQuanta over the course of 4 months (December 2018 - March 2019). There was always some question of the company’s legitimacy. However, 75 shop assignments later, I find myself waiting on a hefty reimbursement.

My assumption is that RedQuanta began as a very small company and was simply not ready for the massive influx of mystery shoppers that arrived in 2019. This overwhelming number of new shops and payments to process meant that RedQuanta staff were expected to work at the pace of a long established company with the man power of a small start-up.

However, I WAS reimbursed in the correct amount eventually (about 4 months after my first assignment was processed). I worked closely with RedQuanta staff and they are always very helpful and respectful of their client’s time and money. As a shopper, you need to understand that reimbursement doesn’t come instantly.

As of now, RedQuanta has employed a new system to manage assignment processing and reimbursements in a more reasonable timeline. I look forward to shopping with them in the future and I believe that the company is indeed legitimate regardless of what other reviews may say. I would invite others to give RedQuanta and mystery shopping a chance. Just don’t make the same mistake as I did. Be conservative with the money you spend up front.

I finally got my money and can clear out my screenshots. It is less the 3% fee but better than no money so I am happy.

Due to the quick response I might be brave enough to do one or two more shops and give them a second chance.

I am with that one gal, Red Quanta oughta pay us late fees and delinquent fees. We should never have to be charged fees to be paid by any MSP! Glad I am finished with Red Quanta and I am sure Ajay is too.

While it's certainly good news that some shoppers are finally getting paid, I can't believe that some people in this thread are considering shopping with Red Quanta in the future. Please don't come here with complaints that your payments are late and/or missing. Just do these shops on GigWalk where you'll get paid within hours of shop approval.

NinS: There will always be people who want to do more shops. It is sad what shoppers are willing to go through to get one meal. I am no one to judge thou. What concerns me is who are the people encouraging shoppers to do more work for Red Quanta!? Who are they? Why? Most shoppers, if not all, have been invited to sign up for this bogus company by Carrie Coyle who is the most notorious “scheduler” that mystery shopping world has known.
She has worked for various companies where she collected shoppers’ information to invite them to sign up for Red Quanta. She has been fired from one MSC that I know because of this.
I personally had a terrible experience with Carrie, first with Freeman and then recently with her bogus scheduling company Private Eyes Online (it was shop scheduled for Merc who was not aware at the time; I sure let them know)
Of course, I did not sign up with Red Quanta after I received her emails inviting me to sign up with RQ.
Shoppers don’t make much money and to see their trust and work abused, makes me sick. It disgusts me.

I was paid in full today. Took about 5 months from the completion of the shops. If you're owed money, keep in contact until you're paid in full.

It disgusts me too. I am sorry so many of you are waiting on payments from these morons. I am grateful to the facebook groups I am in where we were warned by IMSC when they first started using that Carrie person to not take any shops she was involved with. I am glad I listened.

If you enjoyed your Red Quanta shops please consider signing up with Madoff Metrics. Their scheduler, Bernie, is very responsive. He told me I'd be paid as soon as a few more shoppers get their reports in.

Could you guys please help with how to get in touch with RedQuanta to demand late payment? I've emailed these 2 emails and they have never responded when I asked about the payments: abner.p@redquanta.net, hello@redquanta.com

These 2 emails have responded before on shop related questions so I am sure that they are just ignoring the payment questions.

Red Quanta is not a new company it has been around for about 7 years-They pay late most of the time and if you don't contact them regularly they don't pay at all.

You sound like an employee of the company-several of them have posted in the past to try to get people to work for them.

I have finally been paid in full via 2 payments via paypal. I had completed shops Nov 2018-Jan 2019. Took forever and lots of emails but the money finally came thru.

I received a partial payment on Friday even though I was promised I would be paid in full but here's the problem...it's been pending since Friday and I cannot do anything with it. Has anyone else received a payment that is still pending in PayPal?

What emails did you contact to get payment? I email the same three every other day.

Although I did get a lot of the money, Red Quanta has not been responsive to my emails about the money I did not receive from the bounced check from Carrie. Right now, it seems like they are trying to stiff me on that. Maybe they already paid the money to Carrie, and now they don't want to pay me even though I did not receive it?

Well, Red Quanta did it again with their lies. Here is my email from PayPal:

An eCheck payment from Retail Quotient Research, Inc. was declined by the sender's bank. We will automatically try to process this payment again in 3 business days. It then usually takes 3-5 days for the money to be deposited into your account. Please do not ship items until you receive payment.

I reiterate I am not gonna hold my breath. These people are scammers!

My final payment cleared PayPal today from Red Quanta. I am now paid up for my December and January shops. There was a deduction of $12.95 for the eCheck but it's not worth it to fight over the $13, just glad I was finally paid for all my shops. I will not be doing business with them again. Way too much anxiety and work to chase down the payment, which is 5-6 months after the shop. Not to mention that they consistently lie about when payment will be made. Good luck to everyone else!

Glad you got paid finally. I have already been deactivated so I will not be working for the lying scoundrels either. PayPal says something is wrong with the sender's bank, and they declined the payment on 10 May, which was the promise date from the CEO of Red Quanta. It is a shame that the Owner/CEO cannot keep a promise either.

I received the rest of my money from the November shops that were not paid previously because of the bounced check from Carrie, so I am no longer owed any money.

I got paid for my Feb shops today, a week late and only after hammering RQ all week. Still owed for March. I got a PayPal payment w no check fees.

Must be nice. I don't know why those morons, cannot pay rest of us by PayPal.
