Yes...I did shops in December. And I tried civility and kindness January through March...and then I got mad. That’s when they started giving me dates for payment in April and May...which were still lies...but easier to believe.

Look at me....I’m making about as much sense now as all of this does.

I am Faye, from December 2018. I tried kindness, it does not work with them. They are of the DEVIL!!!

I got my last payment from February via pay pal today. I will now go and cancel my account with them.

I just wonder how many people on this forum have just totally given up being paid by RedQuanta?

Scott, I'm sorry to hear that you are still waiting on December payments. And then, cindycribbs here has gotten paid for February. She is done with RedQuanta. How come she is already paid and others are still waiting for earlier months like November, December, and January?

What is the magic key for getting paid with RedQuanta?

I wish I knew the answer, too, Faye. Ajay is monitoring this forum, and he is letting the CEO know everything. They know what is going on and how upset we are. I have nothing positive to say about them and never will. I abhor the sin of lying; they know it and yet continue their lies. Someday they will answer for things they have done. It is not up to us to decide. I will leave it at that. I am done. GOD WILL REPAY!!!

Well, will wonders NEVER CEASE. I just got an email from PayPal about my missing $83.16. Now we will see if it doesn't bounce, it already did in April. Let's pray that this time I will get my monies.

Unfortunately, they took a fee out of it for $2.71. But it's better than not getting my monies at all. I am done now with RedQuanta and I will be telling them to terminate my account. Because I never want to deal with them at all ever again. Goodbye RedQuanta.

I'm so sorry scottk4sl. I will pray scottk4sl that you will see your funds very soon and then you will never have to deal with RedQuanta again as well.

You are very right about that scottk4sl, God will repay them for all that they have done. I prayed very hard for at least the last 3 months and HE finally answered my prayer. Praise the Lord almighty.

I also received my payment from them from the shops I did in February. I really wasn't expecting them at all.

I got paid today fully. I did mention once I was paid I would be willing to shop again. Hopefully, this helps someone else get paid!

I too got paid for February today but the bulk of my money has been sitting in PayPal pending since May 10th and it is still on hold until May 29th.

Yay!!! Scott finally got paid less their dumb fee. At least I got most of the $30. All I can say to Red Quanta now is:

I received a payment today for shops completed in February. How do you tell if paypal charged a fee? I don't see any fee subtracted from what I was owed.

Under "Your activity" in PayPal, just click the transaction and right under the words "You received $..... from ......" you will see something that says "You paid a $..... fee."

That's how you know if you "paid a fee."

Thanks for trying, fcolando. I don't see anything that says "your activity." It does say "activity," and clicking that just leads to a list of all of the payments I have received. This list is not broken down into payments and fees.

Let me get a copy paste of mine to show you.

This forum will not let me post a jpg screenshot. If you go to the Activity portion of PayPal. In my case, it is Retail Quotient. You will see the original pay and the fee charged. You will also see Note
Mystery shop payment from Redquanta. That is if they paid you by Retail Quotient. Anyway if this forum allowed jpg files to be posted I could show you a picture is worth a thousand words.

Once you are logged into PayPal, find the heading "Activity," click the entry that shows what you were owed from RedQuanta or what is close to the amount that you were expecting from them, could be Retail Quotient Research, Inc. or another name that RedQuanta is using and then when you click that entry, it will open up another page that shows a picture at the top and then the following words

"You received $...... from (whatever name)." Underneath that, it will state "You paid a $...... fee."

Let me know if that makes anymore sense.

Thanks. It says," Retail Quotient Research, Inc. payment received $158,23." Nothing is said about a fee so maybe there was no fee.
