Oh, that is sooo awesome, Isaiah! Bone broth is so good and good for you. Yum. Have you ever added apple cider vinegar? You can add a small amount to extract additional minerals from the bones without compromising flavor.

We use Braggs. My wife drinks it every day and night. She doesn't like it in the broth. It is good in greens.

Braggs cures everything lol. I use it on my face and at one point I would drink it to control my blood pressure.
Geeze, I just found out that Laura Branigan passed away. Shame on me. The best version of Power Of Love ever. [www.youtube.com]
That's sad, brings back memories of the 80s.

Nor do I.

I'm guessing that they got deactivated somewhere / everywhere, and it's my fault somehow?
What's Bragg's.....never heard of it.

It's a very popular brand of apple cider vinegar, they carry it at Whole Foods. It's great for many things, including detoxifying your system, cholesterol, etc.
I don't know if they are a loser or not, but it's not very nice of them to attack you for whatever reason. I don't know how it's possible for you to be responsible for whatever problems they had.

I have to laugh at this 10 pages of WHAT! Nothing personal, but if OUTDOOR HEATER was in the guidelines and in their certification, OUTDOOR HEATER I would have used that term. I think it is time to end this.
Why do you think that many are working to change the subject!

Homemade bone broth is gooooood for the body and warms the soul. When making the broth it is necessary to add either some cider vinegar or some lemon juice to the bones, water and herbs. The vinegar (or lemon juice) coaxes the maximum collagen out of the bones, but should not be enough to convey any taste of vinegar. Then, once the broth is strained, defalcated and reduced, it should form a still gelatin when refrigerated. I then carve that up and freeze it. I can later reconstitute a cup of that to 2-3 cups of very strong broth. I add shredded carrot and very thin rice noodles and make a thick soup that is oh so good. If you are doing all of this for the first time, remember NOT to add any salt until you are actually using the broth to make something. Especially do not add salt before reducing the broth, as you may end up with a way to salty final product.

I think it's time to close this thread.
You guys who are posting useless stuff and coming to this thread just to say shut it down are bullies. Bunch of grown ass bullies.
As the world turns here on MSF.... I recall this TV show popping up shortly before my father brought me to school for my PM elementary school back in the 90’s. The good ol’ days.

Very infrequently shopping the Greater Denver Area, Colorado Springs and in-between in Colorado these days.
I don't think information about bone broth protein or good honey is useless, it's useful to me. Everything else that could be said already was said, over and over again, and it didn't change a thing.
@jenamars Since you bring up the subject of being grown, handle this loss as an adult. There is nothing you can do to get paid. Just learn from it and work with other MSC. Let it go, Elsa.

Whether bone broth is pleasant or not really depends on whether you are the contributor or consumer of such broth.
Hmmmm.... What about those who are both?

I used to enjoy honey. About a year ago it became an inflammation trigger for me.

I hadn't heard that, honey causes inflammation? I haven't had a problem, but use only 2 tsp, per evening.
Everyone has inflammation, many foods cause it...how did you know it was honey?

I use Turmeric in many dishes, always when making soup or chicken and i think it helps. My Arthritis doesn't act up as much since using it.
