Marketforce payment

That just means they are processing the payment.

I would certainly like to know where you find where they show they owe you $39 for June shops.

Look at your payments for June. Payments in June are for shops done in May.

No payments show yet for June for May shops. Payment amounts don't show up until direct deposit or check has been processed.

Are you saying that you've actually been paid $39 for your May shops?

I'm showing $39 for 5 shops I did. The other shops I did are not even on my shops approved list. They were there last week.

I do not understand. Where are you finding the $39 figure on the website?

Again, are you saying they have figured your pay and it's showing as paid? But it's wrong?

D'oh.

My last payment was May 20. There is no June payment showing.

I'm showing a payment on 6/24/2019. It could be they are just now processing the payments.

I'll bet you're the first person to get paid this month.

Someone told me once they process payments in alphabetical order. I have no idea if that's true, but if it is, I'm far (very far) down the list.

But you're also saying, when you click on the payment to get the details, that some of your shops are not on the list?

I would e-mail the helpdesk right away. They'll want the shop ID, date, location, all that good stuff for each shop you're missing.

I did send them an e-mail, told them I have a spread sheet of all my shops, and all the pictures and receipts.

Wow. That's SCARY.

Not a statistically valid sampling, but if your payment is also in the 10% of what's owed you range, that worries me greatly.

The payments I'm seeing are for 2 shops I did this month (June). No payments for shops done in May.

That happened a few months back, I think. People who did shops for one of the MF companies were paid earlier than those who did shops for the other company.

MF website shows I'll receive my payment today, but nothing posted in my bank. Also, only a few jobs were paid, when I completed many more. Looks like I have to start keeping better records, because MF has lost my trust.

Oh boy... mine is showing $13.75.. they owe me around $250... I hope they get this straightened out ASAP for everyone. I wanted to add that my payment was for 1 shop completed in June, nothing for May.

Mine is showing on the Marketforce website as a payment of $13.75 but they owe me around $250. I don’t have my spreadsheet in front of me at the moment but it’s around $250. Nothing is showing in my bank account yet so I’m hoping they update this ASAP. Also, the payment is for 1 June shop, nothing for May. Very weird.

Same here. I just checked and instead of about $500 for the May shops, I am showing $25.25 for a shop I did on June 1st and nothing for May. I sent them a note telling them I will be canceling all the deadline shops that I have scheduled unless it's fixed today. I am running out of cash to to do them and I have no idea when I can expect it now.

Mine says $18.25. I am owed $250. And it is for shops done 6/3/19. Nothing for May shops.

Well, I'm owed $925.43 for May, $305 for June till stopped, nothing in the bank, nothing showing processed on MF site. Not expecting resolution from MF, just another message, (without a date), that they are working the issue.

I also just noticed that all the shops i did in May except for the ones on the 31st have been removed from the status page

Owed $110.70 for May. Payment history shows I will receive $24.74 for one shop on June 1st.

First, I didn't notice this message until today:

(They don't say what the issue is....)

Second, like many others, all of my shops from May are off the status page...nothing in the direct deposit notes yet. We'll see...

It's interesting that the messages indicate there is an issue that is preventing them from beginning the payment process, but apparently they have processed partial payments to some shoppers which to me would mean they can process payments, but maybe, in my opinion, don't have the funds.

Yes. My log only shows payment for 3 shops for May. However I completed 17 shops. Any one know whats going on?
