Anyone planning to attend the Ipsos webinar regarding "Consumer Audits?"

Curious if anyone else is completing these new Helios audits and having success that the audits are accepted? I completed some shops yesterday and two have already been rejected. The reason provided was duplicate photos (see message below) however I completed and uploaded the survey and required photos before leaving the site. I followed the survey and took separate pictures for each question and dont see how there are any duplicates.

I appreciate hearing from anyone who has had similiar issues?

Thanks !

If you wish to appeal this rejection, please fill out this survey.

Reason provided by the reviewer:
"Thank you for attempting to complete a XXX Consumer Audit. Unfortunately, XXXXX requires this report to be rejected because each photo was not unique. The computer system has detected that one or more of these photos was already uploaded either to another report or to two spots on this report. The guidelines for 2020 state that reports that have a photo that was already uploaded elsewhere will be immediately rejected. Please do not appeal this shop; appeal requests for this type of rejection do not receive responses. If you are interested in re-conducting this visit, please visit the Presto map and check for the available pin, but *do not reuse the photos from this report*. Thank you.

My advice: RUN from this project until they get the bugs worked out. I'm not touching them. It's too risky.

I would email
Presto. I take all of mine on site as well and I had one rejected on dark audits and it was a bug in the program. I have done 3 today. How fast did they edit it?

Contact Christy Ensley at Ipsos. I am not sure that she will do anything other than offer sympathy (as she had the audacity to do with me), but if enough of us complain (or they can't get the shops done) so that it costs them less to fix the issue than to just have it reposted, the problems won't be addressed. I feel your pain. I had one rejected for a similar reason and ended up redoing it only because I was driving right past and the redo was quicker than arguing about it since I knew what the issues with the location were.

To answer your question, so far I've done 21: 13 were approved, 1 was rejected for alleged duplicate photos (Presto locked up which caused the duplicate photos, my redo was approved), 1 Dark Audit rejected for the same "reason". I also had a pump that they told me not to take pictures of, interestingly enough it was something I had gone round and round with the previous company who insisted that it was required (it really was not) and it was easier to just take the photos. I also had 1 editor mistake but I missed a couple of photos so it was really a wash.
I also picked up 4 other locations on the way at the higher fee so I didn't feel quite so bad about returning.

All in all, if you need fillers and you're heading that way anyway, take them. Otherwise, it's not worth it, at least to me, to go out of my way for various reasons (24 hour timeframe, inability to build routes, Presto issues, etc.) to take these like I have in the past.

Well congrats on getting past the shopper qualifying quiz. Several of the questions could be true OR false depending on specifics but the questions are vague. I spent a few hours and couldn't figure it out!!
Wanted to share some good news follow-up - after sending a couple of emails to the MSC, i was contacted by one of their managers who reviewed the shops in questions and shared that there were no duplicate photos and there must have been a glitch. She was most helpful and courteous - the shops have been accepted. Things happen and appreciate the MSC reviewing and taking action.

Thanks here to everyone who provided some feedback.
Is anyone else having issues uploading from their google drive? I get an error message that only images are accepted. Im able to label the pictures in my google drive, so i can distinguish the pump numbers. Im not sure how to do that in my gallery. Is there a way to do this in the gallery?
On a couple of shops I have found photos in places I didn't put them. At least once the photo was placed in the right place, and also placed in answer to another question. I wonder if that's what's happening on these duplicate photo rejections shoppers are reporting. And since you can't save a copy of the shop you can't see what they're talking about.
I got an email about it and, even though I have none of these in my area, I might have a listen because I believe it has to do with the Presto shops discussed in a few other threads. 2/24 4:30E.
I'm intrigued about this. I wonder what the issues were.

Well they say they are not white glove, but I got one kicked back for a 3 inch scratch on a column. Lol!!
You should probably join in. There may be clarifications or discussion about Presto glitches. If you didn't get an email about it, just email a scheduler, they can give you the dial-in or skype links. I don't want to give too much info here because of possible confidentiality violations.
Yes I plan to because I can’t pass the little test that requires a 100% before the audits can be completed. I have tried MULTIPLE times, each time going back and reading IN DETAIL, the shopper guidelines. I’m hoping to get some insight just to pass that so I can perform these audits.
I'm going to attend. I was intrigued by the email.

Maritz could not have been bought out by a more frustrating MSC. (Massive eye roll)

Seriously, nobody cares that you're offended.
That happened to me and another shopper I know. We both know we did not have duplicate photos.
I am not going to bother. Maybe by the time the next round rolls out they will have their issues addressed. They should be with the company that knew what they were doing and were reachable. This is a bunch of bs.
No idea why everyone who was complaining about the issues hasn’t piped up and said they’d be attending???
I passed the test but haven't done a shop yet. Will try a few next week. Yes, the webinar is on my calendar for Monday.
I feel like they should fix their issues with the app, the test and the photos. Why should we take more (unpaid) time out of our day?
(I am currently not well enough to do these I am just being difficult.) tongue sticking out smiley

Me, because I'm curious what BS excuses they'll come up with for why stuff doesn't work as it's supposed to. And I've got a little time to kill. Keeps me off the streets.

Ok. There’s a whole thread about people that drove to the location and spent 45 minutes doing a shop and then didn’t get paid. So there’s time wasted there with no pay. If they wanna do a few hundred jobs, I suppose they should waste another half an hour, for free, so that they learn how they can get these jobs done or so they can tell the programmers what it is that they need fixed.

If I was going to do a ton of these, which I am not, I would be on that call/webinar.

How much do you get paid for reading guidelines or trying to find jobs or applying for jobs?

I have used Presto InstaShopper for projects, and I want to say I have over 400 jobs completed through the app just on two or three projects? I’d have to check. If I ever have a problem with the app when I’m in the field, I just switch over to the mobile version on my phone. I usually pre-assigned my locations from the desktop at home before hitting the road.

(Please excuse the crappy grammar and punctuation; I’m voice dictating on my phone.)
I have done thousands of these shops over the years and i had 3 out of the 8 i did rejected because of repeat pictures. I have never ever used repeat pictures on a report! I usually do about 200 of these a quarter and im not doing anymore! I will definately be on the call! Im beyond pissed right now. I cannot get anyone to respond to any emails.

I have already brought issue with duplicate photos up to Presto on a thread. I got a response that said that they'd look into it and then nothing further, not even the courtesy of a reply as to that they stand by their allegation. I also brought that up as well as the issue with Presto "glitching" to Christy Ensley at Ipsos (the person listed as the one to contact on the shop itself) and the only thing that she said was that she understands that it is frustrating and she's heard that there are issues. Frankly, I don't see the benefit of spending unpaid time hearing pablum, excuses, and being placated with nothing being done. So far I've only been "dinged" twice, both untrue, but have been paid for the other 22 that I did, and really didn't go out of my way for the ones that were declined. My cost/benefit analysis is that I'm further ahead but have no desire to do any further uncompensated work so I won't waste my time with the call. I'm not going out of my way to take these anymore, just do them when I have extra time on my hands. The way it's going, waiting may end up working in my favor since they've already raised the fee once and there are still a whole bunch out there that usually fly off the boards so I fully expect that the fee will continue to climb (or if we're really lucky they'll go back to the folks who had it working just fine before and don't seem to have these types of issues with their other brands).
