MSF, do you really think you're going to stoke outrage by accusing someone of "lounging around at home" right now? Like others, I did some shops in Feb and March that are not overdue yet by the terms I agreed to. I would neither request nor expect that they be paid early.

@NinS, you and some others maintain unwaivering support for this company and its CEO, and that's fine. As is apparent from this post, others have doubts, and don't find acceptable the 90+ day payment terms that are not spelled out in the ICA or elsewhere. We can agree to disagree about HSB, but to conclude that I am attempting to "stoke outrage" is overreaching.

Their payment terms are clearly stated on their Sassie login page.

If Tom is lounging around right now, I'm going to ask him to send me Venmo.
Really, I'm guessing that his stress level is off the charts. He runs one of the biggest MSC's in the world, and the business (and world economy) just came to a screeching halt. He only owes me $36. I can take it or leave it. I'm not sending an email for $36.
Everyone can have an opinion. Now, we know yours, and we all know mine.@MSF wrote:
The way he has been running that MSC for at least the past year is inexcusable. He did not communicate with shoppers about payment issues--not by e-mail, not on here, not anywhere. It was only in a recent message he had Lorri Kern post on here about his e-mail promoting something else that he acknowledged that failure. If Tom can e-mail his entire shopper base to promote another business, he could have certainly been timely and frank with shoppers about payment issues. "He" may only owe you a few dollars, but some shoppers are owed three and four figure amounts, some or all of which are out-of-pocket expenditures.

This is a quote from their login page. "Payments are submitted to PayPal or direct deposit approximately 75 days after the last day of the month in which the project was completed."
Therefore I should payment for my March shops about June15.

Paying early is acceptable, but for any of us to expect our customers to pay us so is not at all reasonable. I am always amazed when someone asks about payments not yet due. Yet, time and time again there are such questions.

Can you tell me who to email? I am due for January and a February shop and have not heard back from the scheduler? Is there a better contact besides KSS?
I seriously doubt that Tom is answering shopper emails for payment.@MSF wrote:
