I live in Massachusetts, wish you guys could come over.
Tomorrow night easy, I'm having my eye lid surgery in the morning, upper and lower.
Joseph's flat bread roll up with, Dietz & Watson roast beef, Bourson cheese spread, romain and of course home grown tomatoes. I love to cook. My husband does not cook. Last time I asked him to try cooking a meal he went to the sub shop and bought me a tuna sub. Edit and a large glass of red wine.

BLT salad with ranch. The dressing and croutons are made. If I don't stop snacking on the croutons there won't be enough for the salad, LOL.

Jambalaya from some place next to my hotel. A lesson in why you shouldn't add a tip to an pnline order. Got here 20 minutes after placing the order and they have no clue the order was even placed.

Lean Cuisine Garlic Chicken Spring Rolls, LOL. They were really good. My local grocery store has a sale on them every couple of months where LC products are $1.88 a package. I discovered them a few years ago, and whenever they go on sale I buy a bunch of them for my garage freezer.

I used to do that with the California Pizza Kitchen single serve pizzas. For a frozen pizza they were FANTASTIC. And they would go onsale sometimes for $1 each. Was really good when there was a $.50 off coupon to stack with it. I would keep 15-20 of them in my freezer at a time lol.

I forget about CPK, we have one within walking distance...never buy frozen pizza, may try.

My whole household has been sick for the last week. We're finally healthy enough to start cooking again. Tonight we'll have rice and beans (I should be able to make that without a trip to the grocery store).
Doing two groceries, will pick up Wild Salmon, mashed garlic potato's, veggie....

Spinach salad with beets, walnuts, goat cheese and a mustardy sherry and walnut oil vinaigrette, chicken Marsala and mushroom risotto. Appetizer was white truffle potato chips. No dessert, obviouslysmiling smiley

Had a bunch of friends and family over for a day of football. My contribution was comfort food - Meatloaf, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Green beans and almonds. My favorite contributions were Rainbow Beets, Roquefort wrapped with arugula, and a Bloody Mary bar.
