I made some pizza using large pita bread and the other, focaccia bread for dough.  I had homemade sauce with a lot of mushrooms. For toppings, I used back bacon pieces and pineapple.  The other one, I used more mushrooms, green pepper and pepperoni.  I grated mozzarella, gouda, cheddar and monterrey cheeses and covered the tops. And then Italian seasonings from my herbs cutting in the windowsill.
We had fresh garden salad.  Only 2 pieces of pizza left.  I preferred the pita bread dough.  The focaccia pizza was too heavy for me.  And next time, I will use Mozzarella cheese only because it's lighter and has less fat.
