As we all know, they are no longer MSPA, so I am not sure, what support, if any we will get (or would have received). Has anyone been in communication with the client? As far as I can recall, there was no ICA. Perhaps such a large client would be receptive to our issues?

HE ALSO ASKED ME TO SEND A COPY OF THE EMAIL I RECEIVED ORIGINALLY, WHICH HAS THE XXXXXX LINK YOU SENT TO THE XXXXXX EMAIL ACCOUNT I WAS ASKED TO CREATE WHEN I STARTED DOING THESE ASSIGNMENTS IN OCTOBER (HTTPS://GOO.GL/Gll75V).

I'M ALSO SENDING HIM A COPY OF YOUR ANDROID APP LINK (FOR RED QUANTA) WHICH HAS OVER 1,000 SHOPPERS WHO HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT SLOW REIMBURSEMENTS (IN OTHER WORDS YOU CONVINCED SHOPPERS TO EXPEND THEIR OWN MONEY, THEN YOU GET PAID BY XXXXXX, YOUR CLIENT, THEN FLOATED YOUR COMPANY BY USING THEIR REIMBURSEMENTS WHICH BELONG TO SHOPPERS, THIS IS FRAUD). Just to clarify-they (Red Quanta) are no longer MSPA USA-they are probably still affiliated with MSPA ASIA because their corporate headquarters are in Mumbai, India. So write to MSPA ASIA to complain just in case they have not yet been terminated from it. At this point it is highly likely we will not be paid, or it will take many months if they do not survive being terminated. They need to be stopped, as they are bad for the industry!!!!!

I did two shops in December 2018 for them and now it is March 10 and still have not seen any payment. They promised me payment by February 10 and it never happened. They are very disorganized, have no support, the 800 number is never answered and voice mails never returned. The telephone numbers of the project managers are either busy or go to voice mail and no return calls are ever received. I promised Red Quanta that I would warn fellow shoppers about their poor business practices in this forum. I will not work for them again. Thank God I only lost 30 dollars and nothing more. BEWARE OF RED QUANTA!!!

I say we get a hold of the Client and tell them what's goin on What say fellow shoppers??? Oh I guess it is against ICA. WHAT ICA the idiots aren't paying us!!!!! They have already broken the contract

@raygine I was told the 15th, so this Friday. Take that with a grain of salt, but after pushing and pushing, I was able to gather that date. I've waited this long, I can wait five more days.

Well, it looks like Carrie is up to her old games. I received an echeck via PayPal from her on 03/03. As it has not cleared yet I checked with PayPal and was told that there are NO FUNDS in that account available. In other words, she wrote a fraudulent check. I guess serving time on one fraud charge just wasn’t enough fun for her.

I let her know that I am going to be at the courthouse serving jury duty on the 20th. If I am not paid by then I will be filing a complaint against her. I guess only time will tell if she wants to visit some of her pals in prison.

Dear Lord..I hope none of you all are still doing any shops for this outfit or for Carrie.

@loca4gato I could be wrong, but my understanding of a Paypal eCheck is that they "pay" you from their account, Paypal then transfers the funds from an actual bank into the sender's Paypal account. Once that clears, it's sent to you. That may be why Paypal stated that there were no funds in their account. I know I don't keep funds in my Paypal account for more than a day, if possible. Usually I transfer it out instantly.

I was paid by Carrie using E-Checks as well. It took about a week from the initial email until when the funds were deposited. I have no idea if there were funds in the account or not, but it was the only time I have been paid by a MS company via e-check instead of straight deposit. However, I did get paid for all of these shop, albeit 4-5 months after completing. Abner called me to ask if I would do more and I just laughed at him.

The reports are simple. We gotta eat anyway, so I did my first shop last week. Took me 5 days to figure out how to enter it but I did and if I don't get paid, I found a new restaurant in town that was under our radar

What matters is the shoppers not the association. I dont understand that comment from them.

Ha ha ha. Don't believe it. What matters to them is the association. The association was formed BY and FOR mystery shopping companies. Shoppers are a dime a dozen to them. The association will do what is best for the association. When the actions toward shoppers become such a liability to the association and the other company members, the association will act. Beyond kicking the offending company out, there is little the association can or will be willing to do.

@optikdave hard to believe they're still advertising shops. Is it still Doordash or is it another provider?

I did three groups of shops in March, April and May of 2018. I got paid in June, July and August via E-Check directly from Cari, after what felt like weekly emails, with promises and apologies. I am glad that I was finally reimbursed, but it was not worth the stress of not knowing if would be paid or not. In 15 yrs of shopping, I have never encountered this much trouble to be paid.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if a shopper doesn't get paid for these, then it can be written off taxes-wise as a business loss, right?

@shopsuey sounds like a logistical nightmare to report... worth a try, I guess, depending on how deep you're in.

Just as a follow up on a my fight with Carrie Coyle / Red Quanta to get paid. After several games and tricks that Carrie tried to delay payment, it finally went through and I received what was owed.

On a very funny side note, after all of this, Carrie sent an email to Red Quanta, making sure to copy me, telling them to deactivate me so I would never be able to work for them again.

??? I think she thought this was a way to punish me???

Not having to work with Carrie or Red Quanta again? Thank you very much for that gift!

@jrich, yes I am finally all paid up. I started hounding them I believe around end of December, beginning of January, so around 2-3 months. It was a lot of work, I sent many, many emails. If you have not recovered all of your money, PM me and I will happy to share strategy. Don’t know if it will work again.
